ty beanielou, it makes me smile everytime i see it :) WD Victory on your HE :j Jane a HHE (Half Hour Exercise) is basically, if you feel like doing some exercise post it here and if someone wants to join you they will, so you have a virtual fitness buddy rather than doing it alone. Obviously you don't have to post one but you can if you like, or check to see if someone else has posted one and join in with them. There are a couple set for tonight at 7pm and 7.30pm. I think we also invented a new version called HHSS (Half Hour Slumping on Sofa) lots of us do this one ;)

    Hi all

I'll be attempting an hour of aerobics at 7.30 tonight so if anyone wants to do two HHE's........

I'm annoyed with myself as I've got Wii Fit but don't use it! Have to get OH to dig it up again.
    I would if I could but I can't so I won't!

Victory - possibly a little late but 250ml tomato juice = 1/2 point on WW.
  • hhss is my speciality :)

good luck with weigh ins everyone.
  • I'm home from work early and fancy a HHE on the Wii Fit as everyone is doing homework, playing footie, surfing etc so it's free - have to grab the chances when they arise.

    Then I'll cook tea.

    FFM :)

  • Only 1 lb on over the holidays is a great result!:T Were you trying hard to be good or did it just happen on its own?:A

Thanks Marion. I had good intentions but ended up over eating and drinking through Christmas and New Year. I have been using my lovely new Wii Fit as often as possible though. I honestly thought I would have put 4 to 5lbs on at least!!

Oh my bottom is so sore!! Took poochie for her walk this morning, then hopped on the bike and cycled 16 miles!! Thank heavens for my gel seat!
Then I sat down for 2 hours and read in silence (bliss), then tackled the ironing before going for a swim!!
Having some dinner then taking poochie for another walk before bed.
Well done on all the HHEs people :)
