Hi guys,
the day has flown by, and my children were still home today (back to school tomorrow), so no chance to get a look in on the Wii yet. Tomorrow it WILL be mine, moo-ha-ha-ha!!
Christmas decs all down, so I think all the climbing, stretching, standing, bending, etc. constitutes a bit of toning!
I'm still religiously logging my food intake on Food Focus, which I find takes a lot of the pressure off me, and enables me to know what I'm taking on board as the day goes along, as well as knowing how many calories are left to have.
I totally forgot to weigh in this morning, so I'll let you know tomorrow how I've done (I checked my start weight last Weds).
Today, I have mostly eaten:
B - porridge (3/4 water 1/4 ssk milk & sweetener)
L - banana 2 slices bread
D - 3 lean & low fat sausages, small dollop mash, mixed veg
I was too busy for snacks!
Hoping to start joining in with the HHE's. Hope all the poorly peeps get better soon. One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0 -

Evening All,
I'm happy to say, I'm feeling in a place where I'd like to start focusing on something other than the past. I feel like I'm over the hump now and can move on to a more positive future which means I've no more excuses for feeding my miserable face every night. You can see my goals on my sig.
I've tried to catch up but the main thing I've seen is the HHE. Sounds like a brilliant idea. And having it just at my danger time of 8 to 8.30 is inspired.
Raphael. - your pics look fantastic. Well done for sticking with it all this time and seeing the result.
Brighton Belle - can you please put me back on the chart and restart me at 0. I'm happy to say I haven't put on much weight over the past few months since I've been posting but I figure I'll let the weightloss from the heartbreak diet go into the ether. I dont want him taking any credit for what I achieve.
I'll be doing a 14 day rapid start plan a'la Dr. Phil to begin with to get me a kick start and maximise on my motivation. Its a lot like a SW original day but only 1 Heb for the first 14 days. Will see how I get on, but hope to be reporting in daily on my progress.
Good luck for the week ahead everyone!Goal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.Get out of dead end job and work for career I always wanted.0 -
HHE Result: 30 mins weight loss pilates
Going to have a nice warm shower and then curl up in bed with a book, or maybe watch a little masterchef. Am definitely going to do the pilates in the late evening again as it makes me just sleepy enough.0 -
Delly, it is so good to see you posting here - apart from the fact I've missed you, It's the fact it signals the hope you feel for some light at the end of the tunnel. Love your goals in your sig:T .
I love mastercef FFM - it's the only competition type prog I watch but get totally hooked.I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -

Welcome back Delly :j
Look forward to you joining us on the HHE, it's been the best thing for getting me off the sofa.
BB - Masterchef was good tonight, won't say anymore incase vixstar hasn't watched it yet.
nnm - kick boxing is Wednesday, but prob won't do it after the free session - £31 per month (ouch - gym membership costs that - often with kick boxing classes thrown in.)

Off to bed now guys.
Will not be swimming tomorrow now as daughters excema has had a major flare up and the chlorine just kills her skin. So we have pledged to do 40 mins on the wii each and take the dog for a walk. Will still be around 6.45-7pm for the HHE.
night night;)0 -
Hi everyone
So glad to see you are all doing so well with the HHE's:T
Just thought I'd pop in to let you know I am still here. OH has his friend here from Skipsea until Friday, they are lanning and networking like two teenagers and just generally interferring with my pc time. I've tried a few times to do catchup posts to all of you but its just so slow. So I should be back on track by next week. Got the shopping in today-lots of fruit and cereal and salad stuff... so here goes.0
