That's fantastic news, Marion. Very well done you. (Clearly you didn't so much fall off the wagon as you did leap onto it and take a joyride.) :)

As you were the one who prompted me to do SW, if I don't match your weight loss this first week then I shall hold you entirely and wholly responsible.

    ;)

:D I have every confidence in you and the plan :D

It looks as though we are heading for some decent losses for the first proper weigh in of 2009! Great news on your loss Marion!

Well done to the losers, keep going the maintainers and those who had an increase.
I weighed for the first time this morning as my diet officially starts today so I will weigh again Wednesday and post any losses (doubt it!)
    Anyone up for HHE?
I have between now and 6pm to get mine in so I will go on the Wii fit now and maybe a walk with the dog later. I will strat at 5pm I think if anyone wants to join me.

Entirely my own thoughts but I am of the thinking the less you eat the quicker you loose so SW has so many appeals but would not do it because don't know when to stop and think I would be prolonging the weight loss weeks by eating so much...WW is def my fav but this week am doing Gillian's detox diet, my body needs it after xmas, get rid of all the impurities...

HHE-1 HOUR 12 MINS ON WII FIT, YOGA,AEROBICS, MUSCLE BUILDING,short distance run, balance and wii play golf.

Feel terrible, worse than terrible, feel off centre, can't quite work out what is going on so off to docs tomorrow to tell her I have been invaded by aliens:rotfl: :rotfl: back on the arthritic tablets again today to see if they work the second time around, need them pain is very high, have them for two weeks and then the blood tests again....

I'll tell you about pain, my knuckle is very swollen but the docs see if and they insist on draining it with no anaesthetic and a 3 inch solid needle goes into the side of the bone and drains it off, the last time I took my son and he waited outside and he said he could hear me down the corridor screaming and begging:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: I now hide my hands when I go in:rotfl: unless they want to put me under they have no chance of ever doing that to me again:rotfl:

    Ouch Victory that sounds painful!

Just done another 30 mins on Wii fit as follows:
    • 5 mins step
    • 5 mins jog
    • 4 mins hoola
    • 8 mins boxing
    • 8 mins various balance
I think after this week I will up my mins to 40 a couple of times a week so that by the end of January I am doing 40 mins daily.
Swimming tomorrow for 40 mins around 7pm if anyone wants to join me for a HHE.
