Well this is my first day back in catered accomodation - although I only went for the evening meal. I had french onion soup and a vegetable hotpot with carrots, haven't a clue where this puts me with today's points but I guess not over the 10 I had left. I feel I may end up with the veggie option or omlettes a lot, although there is salad but it's less than inspiring. I will do my pilates session this evening, probably around 8.30pm if anyone wants to join in.

Sorry guys, wanted to post a HHE but had to rush out the door and do it before it got dark. Slept a big part of the morning then managed a wonderful 1 hr 40 min walk in the country and feel great :j I'm inspired after a 2 hour walk on New Year's Day which left me crying with frustration - I know, it was still a massive achievement and yet also still really painful to turn round when all my outdoor friends kept going for several more hours.. Anyhoo, it's fired me up to keep plodding away, especially as I'll hopefully be in the Himalayas in 7 months time and it'd be a sin not to be able to make the most of them :j

Fab loss Marion, so pleased for you! Well done nmm on the 2lbs loss, great start!

BB, thanks so much for continuing to do the chart despite being so ill. I don't feel able to take it on myself I'm afraid, is there anyone else who could maybe help out?

I had a feeling you were with me FFM, hehe. I did the core stability workout again, its all about balance which i need help with and stretches you out. So i feel fully relaxed for some cardio tomorrow. If my trainers arrive i will do Nell's Maximum Impact, if not more steps.

Bails those walks sound great, i popped out for 10 mins to the shop and nearly froze to death, you'd wouldn't think i'm scottish, no cold immunity at all :(

  • thanks bails, but still feel up to the chart, not doing a lot else. Besides, I need to maintain it's dead easy as part of 'secret grooming of newbies to take on chart in feb' campaign:Das many of our regular chart doers are otherwise engaged.
    HHSS (slumping on sofa) anyone:D
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

  • Hi everyone and Happy New Year:D

Just had my first WI of the New Year and was amazed to have only put on 1lb. Not quite sure how that happened as I've eaten and drunk loads over the last 2 weeks but am very pleased :j .

    Good luck everyone x
