HHE Result: 40 mins on the Wii Fit - think it's the jogging that hurts my calfs.
7pm HHE will be RC toning.
HHSS: 8.30 Masterchef, 9.00 Claire Sweeney's Big Fat Diet, 10.30 Kill it Eat it (you can probably guess I like food programmes)

Someone please rescue me!!! These boys are driving me MAD! I've not seen a stitch of telly in two days, I can't get to my orbitrek for want of the luggage surrounding it...and now OH has put DS to sleep on the couch so I cant even sit there:mad: Im now sat in the kitchen with my laptop (which has a VERY slow connection for all the downloading going on) and there is just WAY too much noise in this house (want to pull my hair out). I don't think he's even noticed that I've not left the kitchen all day.
To top that all, my neighbour told me she's pregnant, which is obviously wonderful but it's made me feel even more miserable coz I want to be pregnant too-and I've been scoffing all day and I've drank too much coke....
Please could someone kick me under my bum?0 -

Raph you're really clocking up some endurance exercise lately!!! Very impressive!
It's great to see all the extra activity going on in the form of HHE's! I structure my exercise a bit differently so it's a little difficult for me to join in with this format, but I'm very much with you on getting a minimum 30 mins a day, 5-6 days a week!
I'd recommend keeping an activity log for anyone that's interested in exercise. I log details of the type of exercise, intensity, date, time of day, weather, terrain, distances, duration, heart rate, calorie burn etc (but that's probably overkill for most people) I find it very motivational to fill in the details and see how much I've done
Today was ice skating with my son - 90 mins. He's back at school tomorrow so I'll be able to resume my longer distance jogging as from this week!0 -
Hi everyone sorry started my HHE a bit earlier than 7.30 because if I had sat down would have done HHSS all night, anyway HHE result 26 mins of 5 steps to fat attack including warm up, fat burning areobics & cool down. off now for quick shower, something to eat & HHSS (8.30 masterchef, 9.00 claire sweeney on ITV) then bed.

You are just having a bad day! You have already started to lose weight and exercise so don't allow this to get you down and feel like you've fallen off the wagon. Jump back on and whilst you are there tell your OH to either shift his bum to make room for you if he has put your son to sleep on the couch or to move your DS into his bed (and if he wakes your OH should get him back off!). No need to shout but just be firm and nice. Call him into the kitchen to 'help' with something and explain things. Oh and don't get upset about your neighbour being preggy - it's much better to get preggy after you have lost some weight (BP and general health) and losing the weight will help you get pregnant anyway (you feel confident and sexy-OH feels sexy and wayhey!;)).

I was bought a wii fit for xmas and i am going to try and attempt to use it tomorrow. Do any of you have any tips on how to get started? i have read through some of the forum but you all seem so advanced. I am about 4 stone overweight and extremely unfit.0
