it only really started here in Somerset a little earlier this morning ... very pretty it looks too, though am nervous about MrA driving to his HQ in Liverpool - he left at 5am, and reports very little snow over in the West so far. Hope he can get home tomorrow.
Hope to get a little snow fun in later with some of the Hoarde - yet to hear if schools are open, think they probably will be and I dont think we'll get enough snow to play properly until later today or tomorrow anyway.
Keep upright people :snow_laug, and enjoy snow frolics x ClaireCut interest payments on ccards fm 30% at worst to 0% on only 2, plus a loan so all on good footing now + paying off each month NOT sinking! Thanks Martin!:T0 -

Good morning everyone! We are snowed in - how exciting is that:beer:. I feel all snug and happy, both of my girls are home as the buses have been cancelled and there is no way their cars would get through our little side roads. I am busy planning filling and hearty meals to serve today to keep us all warm in the cold. Won't be able to go to club today so guess I will call this week a STS!
The neighbourhood kids are all out on the front green having snowball fights and making snowmen. I would love to go out and play with them but guess I am getting a little too old for that sort of thing:rotfl::o
We took Charlie out for his toilet walk this morning and it took four of us about 15 minutes to chip all the snow off his fur. I don't know if its because he is such a curly little thing but each curl had its own little frozen snowball, he looked like the Michelen Man when he came in. At the end I just grabbed a hair drier and defrosted him!:rotfl::T:cool:
Menu for today:
Breakfast - oats so simple and frozen blueberries (heb, hea, free)
Lunch - salmon fillets with leftover rice from last night (free)
Dinner - Cottage pie with carrots, caulifour and brussels, hot rhubarb rice pudding for dessert (all free except 1 syn for the cooked rhubarb)
Thats my lot for now, wrap up warm everyone and if your are capable of it - get out in the snow and play for a while!!
Love

no grinding to a halt here! We have a smattering of snow and tiny tiny tiny flakes trying to fall and its bl@@dy cold but I don;t think it will amount to much. My other half has driven from north devon to LLandaff today! I hope he gets home okay. He didn;t even put a blanket in the car, silly boy:eek:
