There wouldnt have been much to break off spicey
Yea im fine thanks beanie, its just i dunno. I dont like being alone! I seem to be constantly alone in the flat with nothing to do in it. Probably just a mix of winter, no job and lack of friends who live close by. At least when im up here its nice and warm and there is stuff going on, at home there is nada apart from a bit of guinea pig noise and the god awful channel 1,2,3 and 4.
I'll stop moaning now. Im lucky to have somewhere to live.0 -

Beanie - no not me, I was laughing because nmm is in West Cumbria and based on Vix's geographical tendencies that would make her Scottish - when I said that I didn't know she really was - IYSWIM
Mind you I didn't realise nmm was only 40 miles from Scotland - so that is really close anyway.

Evening all. Loads more cleaning, cluter clearing today: had a 24 hr energy burst and it's been great. But definitely on the sofa now.
Slight detour from menu plan as OH returned from parental vist with HM cooked spare ribs ready to eat...no way could I turn that down. Only cooked in onion gravey though, not a chinese.
We have a inch of snow here in Brighton:j . Feel lucky to be safe and warm.
KPC: when I am poorly I need to eat more so you are fighting against a natural need to eat more at the mo I think, so don't be too hard on yourself , (though not an excuse to have chips cooked in goose at which my lodgers cooked today:eek:)
Vix - I have lived on my own so know how you feel, even though Matt comes back. It will get better as you gradually build more of your own life and once you are working more. Can you invite some girl friends round for an evening this week and have fun in your own home?I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
Well i'm 40 miles from Carlisle and 50 miles from Gretna so not far at all
The Coast To Coast cycle trail starts here but i have no plans to cycle to Newcastle :rotfl:
