nmm - I measured my inches at the very start of my 'journey', I have lost 5" from my bust, 6" from my waist, 4" from my upper arms (that's scarey), 11" from my hips, 9" from my widest part (lower down from my hips), 7" from my thighs, and 4" from my knees. Wouldn't mind losing an extra inch from my thighs - but we can't have everything can we :rotfl:
WOW, that is some inch loss :) Keep at your RC Toning Exercises and you'll lose that inch off you thighs, a new goal for you maybe ?? :T

  • Vix - I see you're putting your tourism studying to good use - have you plotted all the Harvesters and cinemas on a map yet?

It's now stopped snowing here, and the sun has melted it off the roads and pavements. Aren't we due to get 10cm overnight though

Just started to snow here in west cumbria, but it's so light it'll be gone in a flash :( Once we got really deep snow at 2am i made the dogs go out and play in it :D I gave them a treat afterwards though.

Finally the kitchen is clean, thats it for another year :rotfl: I did notice that the ceiling needs a coat of paint so when its warmer i'm going to paint the kitchen, yippee :)

Hi all hope everyone's having a good week! I hope the snow reaches my bit of the South East soon! :D

Everything's fab here, weekly cal intake average 1719/day (target 1750), exercise all on track. When I keep the calorie intake and exercise at this constant level there's never anything to worry about on the scales, so I only have a quick unofficial check a couple of mornings a week now! Next monthly official weigh in is on 14 February.

Here's my slightly-lacking-in-variety exercise summary for the week - I was on a bit of a jogging spree but I enjoyed it so what the heck :p

Monday: Cross country jog 1hr 45mins (742 cal)
Tuesday: Cross country jog 1hr 35mins (614 cal)
Wednesday: Pilates for abs 24 mins and Weights 20 mins (0 cal)
Thursday: Swimming - stroke improvement lesson 30 mins (204 cal)
Friday: Cross country jog 1hr 47mins (692 cal)
    Saturday: Weights 20mins (0 cal)
Sunday: Skipping rope 30mins (212 cal)

    Total 7hrs 11mins and 2464 calorie burn.

Glad to hear you're better FFM, hope my post yesterday made sense about the extra calories for staying up all night? I didn't get chance to explain the reasoning but I expect you worked it out? Great inch losses by the way. I only ever measured my waist because that was my 'flabby' bit :o I lost just over 10 inches there.

Take care everyone and have a great week!!!

missy, are you really south east? i had you down as more north. North is above london by the way, in vicki navigation ruling.
  • vix - have you looked out of the window recently? 30 mins ago there was no snow - now it's about an inch deep
