Yes - try approx 50% of the difference between your BMR and the corresponding 'multiplied up' number for how active your all nighter is going to be!0 -

Charlie is a wise dog it's been freezing lately.

Mmm thinks I, turning around for a cuddle and came face to face with Charlie who was in the middle of the bed with his head on my pillow! Didn't have the heart to kick him out so we settled down and when I woke up this morning he was still there but my DH had his arm around him!:D
Starts off like a Mills & Boon.....
Sounds like the warm breath on the back of the neck was working for DH too:rotfl:
I've never read a M&B, sold loads and flicked through them before posting - they are 'well smutty'

OMG!!!!!!!
Hubby wieghed himself at MIL tonight as his brother didn't believe he was 11 stone 7, his mums scales weighed him at 13.1 (with clothes and shoes and after big dinner) MIL swears her scales are right as she weighs at RC and they are literally about 1/4 lb out, this means our scales weigh around 1 stone lighter:eek:  hubby weighing now wearing same clothes etc as he did an hour ago at MIL and.....he is 11.12 on ours which means ours are 1stone 3lbs under. OMG I weigh 1stone 3lbs more than I thought. I want to cry:sad: . Does this mean they are slowing going wrong and I haven't lost as much weight as I thought? How depressing, I am really fed up now.
Spose I better go to Argos and buy some expensive new fangled ones that blow my nose while I weigh. What is your make and type FFM? they sound good. Anyone got a good make they want to recommend?
Off to cry in my tea now.0 -
Went to the harvester with the kids on the £4.99 deal and had a great time and then to the cinema, VD present for us to buy each other an unlimited card so we can go as often as we like now so we went to see valariky whatever it is called with Tom cruise in, never understood it but OH loved it:rotfl: :rotfl: did fine with the food, harvester loads of salad of course and the chicken and chips and cinema snack a jacks and diet lemonade:D see I can go out in the outside world:rotfl:0

Annie, I wouldn't panic immediately - why not pop along to Boots and weigh yourself there as a check? They have to have their scales calibrated so should be correct.
How do your scales compare to your Wii Fit readings? My Wii Fit readings are very similar to my bathroom scales.
Even if your scales are out of adjustment it is all 'relative', so if your scales said you weighed x stone at the start and now you weigh x stone minus 1 stone - then you have still lost 1 stone. I do see what you mean about what if they have been slowly reducing their reading - but I would think that is very unlikely.
My scales are 'Tanita', they did cost quite a bit when I bought them, but they were my 'treat' for losing weight - my original bathroom scales were not particularly accurate and I wanted something more accurate to help me maintain. http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=7782709&highlight=tanita#post7782709
Good luck with sorting this one out - whatever happens don't get disheartened - it sounds to me like you have been doing really well.

Good morning all, the wind is blowing outside but no signs of snow yet! I made a big pot of soup yesterday that started out to be vegetable but ended up as scoth broth - very nice it was too! I have frozen several portions to have as cup of soups to keep me warm in this cold weather that is coming:cool:
Today I am having:
Breakfast - SW style pancakes with blueberries (free)
Lunch - Roast chicken, carrots, cabbage, mashed potato (free)
Dinner - Rice baked with left over chicken, ham and vegetables with fruit and yogurt for dessert.
Weigh in for me tomorrow morning and once again don't feel like I have lost anything - and my admittedly dodgy scales don't show a loss either:(
Keep warm everyone and if you have elderly neighbours living on their own why not check and see if they are ok too?
Love
