I do Slimming World. I love it. I'm 5lbs away from 3 stone lost, since October. You have you really persevere with it, but it's worth it.

What a great lot of reading you have to catch up with.

Annie, vixstar and leverton I think you must have been watching over me this morning as I had the best cardio so far. Even went past my goal time without realising :rotfl:

I find getting up that early wakes me up and gets me moving. It also means I have nearly done all my HHA before 7am so anymore is just bonus.

Also did 40 mins on Wii Fit when I got home from work. I just love doing the punching/boxing after a hard day at work. It is amazing how many different faces can appear on that punch bag in 10 mins!!

Can I just say again thank you all for the big welcome and I am looking forward to try and keep up with everything happening (but I can't promise)

Off to have a well earned break and back up again tomorrow at 6.20 too but I give myself sundays off to have a lay in :D

No HHA for me today as drove home for the weekend. Definitely going for a run tomorrow but not sure when - depemds on weather and my mood. Half tempted to join you aiwits it'll mean I won't spend half the day in bed but will see how long my motivation lasts! Am going to bed soon cos I'm knackered.

Spicey I dont think anyone answered your question about the wii fit. The maximum weight limit is 28 stone something. The cheapest price for one is just under £70 and tesco and argos sell them at that price and so do some of the gaming shops (eg game but not sure of their price) but sell out very quickly. There is a thread on here somewhere where people post when they come in stock, I only had to check it for 24 hours before I got mine.

Another sts this week. I've been ill though so hardly any exercise, just feeling sorry for myself lying on the sofa! Will start again tomorrow when hopefully I'm all better. Well done everyone else who's lost.

Good morning everyone, rather pleased to announce I had a :grouphug:in bed last night:rotfl:. I got up to use the loo and was half asleep (thats my excuse and I am sticking to it!), and when I went back to bed and laid down I felt warm breath on the back of my neck. Sounds good so far right? Mmm thinks I, turning around for a cuddle and came face to face with Charlie who was in the middle of the bed with his head on my pillow! Didn't have the heart to kick him out so we settled down and when I woke up this morning he was still there but my DH had his arm around him!:D

Anyway here is my eating plan for today -

Breakfast - eggs, bacon and hash browns, baked beans (free, free, 3syns, free)

Lunch - Homemade veg soup with crusty roll - (free, heb)

Dinner - braised pork steaks in a spicy chilli sauce with gnocchi (3 syns)

Snacks - fruit and yougurt with milk in coffee being HEA

    Have a good one
    Love
    Marion
ps - for those who don't know me Charlie is the little chap in my avator!

    Hi everyone.

Just a quick update. Havent' focused too much on WL this past 2 weeks as I went back to work and have been knackered most days. I did lose 1lb last week and STS this week. Next week is TOTM. so think I'm doing well with that TBH.

I'm slowly making changes to my lifestyle hopefully they'll be sustainable. I promise I will keep up more often. Just demanding life at the minute.
Goal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.
Get out of dead end job and work for career I always wanted.

I wondered this myself and it says on the front of the box that the weight limit is 23st 8lbs. I'm sure it can handle more than that, but that's the stated limit. Just thought I'd post that ;):o

It's gale force outside, but if the power goes out i'm good, we got a solar powered backup which runs our lights, laptop and internet so we're sorted :T

Annie i will join you at 2pm, only my activity will be sorting out the kitchen it's an absolute mess, would probably be closed down by health officials :rotfl:

Anyone else joining Annie and i for a HHA at 2pm?
