nmm and Annie, I will be with you in spirit, but I must get on with OH's tax return - the online deadline is today
Got Mark Anthony's Once-a-week Workout DVD in a charity shop earlier for £1.25 - bargain. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Mark-Anthony-Once-Workout-Female/dp/B000BTC0XU/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1233409973&sr=8-2
Not sure if I'll get on with it as I do like my Rosemary Conley Toning 'work outs'.
Weekly Weigh In
1lb gain on 13,812 calories - but according to my scales I have only gained 0.1lb in fat - the rest was muscle gain - I'm not 100% convinced but I am now monitoring this variance to see if I think it is real.
Missy (or anyone else that might know) - do you reckon you would get a greater calorie allowance if you didn't go to bed one night (but worked through instead).
Hope everyone is well and looking forward to the snow.

Delly - you are doing very well to be sts:T
Absolutely - not just the physical effort and calories burnt - but also the mental stress (I'm convinced that also burns calories) - I hate shopping (any shopping) with a vengeance. (and doing tax returns)

Well that was hard work, I must be tired!
Thanks for joining me nmm and whoever else joined us.
Wii fit HHA total 42 mins:
Balance - 14 mins
Hoola - 7 mins
Boxing - 13 mins
Step plus - 5 mins
Zazen - 3 mins
I was hoping to do some of my fitness coach too or Davina but my body aches and I think I've done enough this week.
I have a vey busy week coming uo with parents evening and various courses plus my tutoring so I am very worried I won't be able to get any exercise in. We shall see, it might just be the odd 15 mins of fitness coach every now and again.
Right off for a shower, out to MIL for dinner tonight, I hope it is nothing too calorific.
Oh, I forgot, I did an hours housework before my exercise, no wonder I'm knackered!!!!0 -

FFMFFM. Have just discovered why we don't ususally shop at asda's on a saturday but we were completely out of food. Now got to find space to store it all, as I try to go just once a month, whic generally works with menu planning. Butchers for our months meat on Monday. The it is just topping up with fruit & milk.
I find it difficult to stick to plan when there's no food in the house, so hopefully tomorrow I can get back to plan. Was more thrown by builders in the kitchen than I thought and things have gone a little haywire.(pictures will be supplied once plaster has dried, been painted etc, so maybe after next weekend...
Other HHA today includes washing all the downstairs floors due to builders thick layer of dust (done this morning) and will be shortly drilling holes in wall to add a few shelves.
Good luck with the tax return FFM. I can feel the stress from here.
Thanks again raph - any problems give me a shout.I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
Well my HHA lasted 20 mins during which I covered a mile and a half, mostly running but also dodging cars, dogs and a flood!0

Who needs davina when you got my kitchen to sort out, haha. 3 hours later and only half done, i cleaned the walls, worktops, huge window, cupboard doors, washed the curtains, etc generally got it sparkling :A Now i got the other side to do :rotfl: HHA tomorrow??
OH came in and said you feeling alright?
Maybe if i cleaned it more than once a year it wouldn't take so long, hmmm. Shopping and walking all count in a HHA, well done guys :T
FFM, do you have any of RC's Fitness DVD's? i know she has some out maybe they would interest you, well done on your findhope the tax returns are over quickly.
