Snow on a working day is overrated even if you do get the afternoon off. Much better on a day off when I can make snow angels etc!

Been to the gym today and loads of post exercise endorphins flowing as can see a definite improvement in what i can do even with 10% of my weight lost. However have significant amounts of HHSS planned for the rest of the evening once I've done a little studying and laundry.

    Good morning!

I dont own a set of scales (they are too scary) but I have recently decided I need to loose weight. The interesting part is..... I am pregnant (24weeks 3 days) now this is my main motivator but also make monitoring my weight loss interesting. Any ideas?

I have started going to the gym 3-5 times a week, and have been given a "special prgnancy workout" which means I wont do myself or baby any harm. I am also trying my hardest to cut out the chocolate........but that is more difficult than I realised. I am down from 3 bars a day to one every other day which I feel is my first major victory. :D

Mainly I am wanting to join for the support factor, but I am aware I will not know my "true" weight till the end of may, when I will be weighed seperately from baby. :D

    Thank you

    *tickle

if you are pregnant you do NOT need to loose weight. Exercise and healthy eating is fine but PLEASE DO NOT THINK YOU NEED TO LOOSE WEIGHT. THere is plenty of time for worrying about that when baby is here.

You can have all of mine. We've got loads and it's still snowing on and off.

Silly BB. You can text them all at once via the internet. Seems as if all the parents have mobile phones clamped to their ears most of the time. I'm trialling it at the moment, looks as if I chose the right time to give it a go.

Can you not get Freeview vix? if not, you can watch all the itv channels at www.itv.com Dunno what you're into but if you prefer music or something there are thousands of channels here all available online so you are never bored :)

Beanie where in scotland are you? i'm from up near Inverness on the Moray Coast.

HHA Result: 40 mins Super Fit

We cant get freeview no... and i dont have a phone line so i cant get the internet. The only entertainment i have at home is chanel 1,2,3 and 4! A few cd's and a PC that i can play...word on. Cant even pick up a good radio signal to listen to that. I think thats why its so bad and i hate being at home.

Last night matt and i were playing in the snow till half 11. Matt threw snowballs at taxi's and we built a snowman on one of the main roundabouts where i live! So groovy. Its good to feel naughty sometimes.

Oh did i tell you all that matt has got through the first stage of becoming a PC? he did really well considering we were moving out at the time and i couldnt help him much. His overall result was: you did better than 78% of people and only the top 3% did better than you. I dunno how they work that stat out but it sounds good. So fingers crossed for the next two stages.

I heard from the Kent events team, seems its not that busy to be honest so im going to look again for more volunteer work. Matt is off work for the rest of the week, using up his holiday so it should be a good week.
  • YAY just got off wii fit and can report 3lb Loss for this week

This means for the 4 weeks I have been doing my 6.30am starts I have managed to loose 10lb's I'm so happy I am smiling like this :D (only 46lb's to go to manage my year target)

I'm off skiing next week so will try and weigh in sat a little early but think of all that excellent exercise I will be getting. Providing I don't eat too much I should manage to loose a few pounds!! Best part was managing to fit into my ski clothes and not feeling like I can't move.

Well done to everyone else who has lost this week. And to all those who STS I congratulate you as well :T

Think of me again at 6.30 when I will doing my cardio

Keep warm AIWITS x (very happy in devon)
