Hope you and your other half are ok victory. Me and matt always have phases where we argue and then were really good.

Beanie: No idea! Well i would either like to do something in lingerie (i wouldnt mind trying to convert Marks and Spencers into a supreme fitting store, you know turn it around) or i would like to plan tourism, orrr go into the events side of things. I've offered my services at the kent event team thing which is voluntary but its as and when there is an event there to work with, so nothing regular.

Perhaps even regeneration. Its just finding ways into these things, and perhaps im trying to run before i can walk and i should be doing something not as good. I dont know....... As always in my life, its just one big drift with no focus.

Hope everyone is cool, im still looking at snow but it is icy :(

Vixarooni, what about voluntary work at a hospital. They usually have someone who's incharge of volunteers and you can do anything from working on wards to radio. My DD2 works for hospital radio.

Ice is melting, sun is shinning and sky is blue. Just cleaned upstairs, thats two bathrooms! Ive got the nibbles so trying to keep busy.
  • My weigh in for the week - a loss of 0.2lb lol hardly seems worth mentioning, but a loss is still a loss. It probably should have been a lb but I was very very naughty on saturday... I had the yummiest bit of chocolate fudge cake...mmm it was to die for! :D

Oh well, back to the naughty step for me....

This is completely talking out of my &rse Vix becaue I know NOTHING about this but with your enormous expertise in lingerie is there any possibility of volunteering to help mastectomy patients who need advice or something? Or is that maybe a bit specialist?
I'm sure I've read somewhere about advice for people trying to get back into work after career breaks too ....... and that has to start with good foundations!

yea, i mean i could work for the NHS to help mesectomy patients, but then i remember one lady saying to me after having breast cancer that she is so sick of being proded and pocked in her boob area that she didnt want any help or anything. So i dunno what the call is.

One thing i could do is a bra company that deals with problem boobs. Like having bras for people with one boob bigger than the other (significantly) nice masectomy bras and nice maternity bras, sollutions to problemos. High risk though isnt it.

I dunno, what the NHS says about bras is different to what the bra makers say. I mean we are told that wires are fine for pregnant ladies, the NHS state otherwise, and pregnant mums are not for turning! What they get told is gospel.

right i going off in a bra tangent again :p Trouble is i dunno if that would be highly paid enough, and then i think ive worked on my tourism education for the past 3 years, and i dont wanna waste it by doing something i could have done without it.
