a STS for me too, which I am actaully quite happy about as I have slipped a bit this week. No exercise other than the usual running around after the kids and I have been eating too much!

    Another week, another loss (hopefully)

Hey everyone, Im all back from my surgery, it was gross! Took 1 1/2hrs for them to cut the lump out of me, and they didnt give me enough anthestetic so felt them cutting me at one point!

Diet wise not so good, Im in a lot of pain and can't be bothered standing around cooking something healthy, I just want to stuff my face with custard creams! I'll be happy with a STS next week, as I doubt i'll be very mobile for the next week or so!

Ooh very gentle hugs coming your way Buttonmoons - did you let them know you could feel what was going on? Custard creams - not good, could you get some Ryvita, low fat soft cheese and eat that instead?

Thanks Dragon, yeah I let them know with an ear piercing scream hehehe, was fine though, they were lovely!

Well I'm sending OH out to get me some nibbles cause I feel ravenous (after being starved all day yesterday) and I've already eaten prawn crackers, 2 custard creams and a bag of wotsits, so he's going to go get me some salsa and I'll munch on that with veg sticks. Salsa has like no calories, it's just tomatoes!

I just feel the urge to snack, I don't want proper food, just nibbly bits!

I hope you feel better soon buttons. In one of my ops I woke up! Fortunately I couldnt feel anything but I freaked out and was quickly knocked out again. I was only 15 at the time and that was private healthcare! They have to be so careful balancing the amount they give you that sometimes it can go slightly wrong, thats just life.

Salsa and veg sounds like a good idea, you have more willpower than me when in pain! I hope you manage your goal of sts next week, but dont beat yourself up if you do have a small gain given what you have been through.
