Heya gang well have been very naughty the last two days but am back on the healthy eating tomorrow hehe. Had my appointment at fetility clinic yesterday and the BMI was all good so my IVF will be going ahead :D this was the reason for the treats, oh and a 17 and a half hour day yesterday followed by a mear 4 hours sleep..eek! So I thought sod it! besides all this trudging about in the snow is burning more calories.

((Buttonmoons)) hope you feel better soon :)

Oh and well done to all those loosers and STS'ers, fab work :D

  • evening peeps. Thanks granny:D . Loving the sig. Yes feeling a lot better today and had a really nice day. Just in from an evening out with my 'trying to write a novel' friends. Feeling very HSsingshower.gif
Raph - superb job with the chart:T . Haha and I forgot to post! It was a sts anyway, which I have decided is ok at the moment. If I can hold to sts'ing and then in the warmer weather, may get a bit more exercise which will help.
Bindi - great to have you back.
Funkyfarm girl - welcome to our merry band of the diminishing.

Marion - not sure what to suggest, becasue I don't think you are eating that much, given that you have quite a bit still to lose. See how the next week goes. Maybe keep a food diary this week to show your consutlant next Monday?
Granny, relieved to know your are not going to be putting in a claim for repeditive strain injury with mass txting:rotfl:
Victory - sounds a good plan to try and loosen up a little at the weekend so DH gets to have some funn with you (mmm, that could be misinterpreted:D )

Button moon - glad it is all over: look after yourself post op. OOh I'm a custard cream kinda girl too.

    Nght night all.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

:grouphug: Buttonmoons, get well soon! those custard creams will turn your toes purple ;) har har. Happy convalescing and look after yourself.

Personally am in a funk and a slump and a cabin fever of too much work and not enough time to get out on the march to fitness, and lovely as it is to work from home there is no 'reason' to stop working unless one of the family are demanding something, so everything becomes about what everyone is demanding from me ... best not complain tho, dont want the work to dry up or the family to find someone else to be their fave caterer

onwards, strength, courage and health to us alll hurrahh! (yes am not sure all the mental marbles are in correct order this morning)

    :D Claire

Morning:D went to see revolutionary road last night at the cinema, oh what a deep, depressing, dark film that was, not one to take a person on a first date to:rotfl: :rotfl: made us laugh though because OH and I can't be as bad as the relationship they had:rotfl: I think next time we will go and see a more light hearted one:D

Hoping for rain today to wash away the treacherous ice and be able to walk in the street again:D

Good morning all, raining this morning which should get rid of most of the slushy snow still on the footpaths and roads. Miss the sun though:p! I am going for my diabetic eye test today which involves them putting drops in my eyes and then going away for an hour before doing the rest of the test. This will all start at 11:30 so I suppose I shall have to take a packed lunch or something with me as I won't be able to drive home! I was going to have soup for lunch, I will still make it this morning and have a bowl when I get back. OMG I lead such a boring life:o!

Breakfast - Last nights leftover pasta bake - free (there were a couple of syns in there but I counted them yesterday so they must be free today;))

Lunch - ham in a wm roll and an apple - with HM leek and potato soup later.

Dinner - Roast chicken, cauliflower, mange tout, mashed potato with berries and yogurt later on.

Thats it for now, have to go and wash my hair!
    Love

Thanks for all the well wishes folks!

They gave me some strong painkillers called dydracodeine (sp), oh god they made me vomit. I can't handle anything stronger than a paracetamol it seems!

It actually dosen't hurt much today, though it's itching like crazy, so back on the diet, though I wasn't too bad yesterday, but deffo ate some stuff I normally wouldn't of!

Going away into town, Aberdeen has snow now (oh yey - sarcasm) so all that trudging should hopefully burn off those evil 57cals per custard cream, that I ate yesterday. What an obscene amount in one little biscuit!

They should really release a 1 calorie biscuit......

Raph I can't see the chart at all -- the post is there but no chart. Obviously others can see it --- I wonder what I might be doing wrong?
