  • nnm - so long as you don't want us to post HHBM's :rotfl:

Off now for a HHCS - Cooking Session - need to wrestle half a leg of lamb into the oven - it was a very happy bouncy lamb from just round the corner (so the butcher said) - it's not smiling much now

Not sure if I'll be ready by 7pm, but do want to get back into the HHA'S - I could be looking much later.

    FFM :)

Will be with you in spirit nmm, did mine at the ungodly hour of 8.30 this morning. I'm off out now (bingo with a friend) so won't have time to do another but hey I have exercised lots this week which is more than none before January. I taped the caribbean aerobics class from the bodybalance channel this morning. I will let you know what it is like. I am thinking that a range of different types of classes etc will help keep me motivated. I also splurged on the raving rabbids and the my fitness instructor games for the wii, the kids loved the video clip for RR so hopefully they will enjoy it too.

Did I mention that one of the TAs in my school is a qualified fitness instructor and has asked if we would like a weekly after school class in our hall. I obviously jumped at the chance and I hope more than little old me have said yes so it can go ahead. I will keep you posted.
Wish me luck at the bingo!

    :rotfl:Oh I did appreciate that one!:rotfl:

I did 45 mins on the crosstrainer this afternoon and it obviously got OH in the mood (for exercise!!!) as he did 25 mins. It feels great to be the fitness guru in the house - gave him a few tips and even showed him how to get on (I am so pathetic!).

    Well done Vixstar and Clare!
    I would if I could but I can't so I won't!

If your kids find out how to rev the motorbike at the beginning of the 'run' to the wall - let me know - I just can't get it right

Also, don't know if you spotted my earlier question - what channel is the 'body balance' channel - we have Sky - but I don't think I've seen that.

nmm no it wasn't ,just a retorical question because the more you exercise and less you eat the more you loose right? Well on that basis I have lost the grand total of 2lb since xmas:rolleyes: :rotfl: :rotfl: how much work do you have to do to loose a 1lb or rather I need to loose 3lb to be within the maintain range:D
I have a wedding to go to in May and on youtube there was that wedding dance video they did to surprise their guests and on plus one comedy show last night was the dance he did, I would love a song to go on and for me to dance and surprise them all because I am rubbish at dancing so am going tomorrow to see if there are any dance classes near me and talk the teacher into teaching me a on off head turner dance:D

Heya gang did an 105mins on the Wii Fit today..

    40 Minutes of Step
    15 Minutes Balance
    10 Minutes free Jog

this was my first time on the free jog so not sure how good my distance was but its a starting point. I had thought that hiting over 3000 on the 30 min free step was good, but I see someone on here posted they do that in 20 min

Was planning a session on MFC but the OH is firmly planted infront of the TV and my tummy is still bloated from dinner so may give it a miss.
