    Ooooh I feel naughty!

Just had a lovely Chinese takeaway. The food is fabulous and they are just around the corner from us so they walk it round as soon as it's done - with free gorgeous prawn crackers! They are so nice it seemed rude not to have something on their New Year's Day. I see it as celebrating it with them! Actually not so naughty as I had steamed rice and a chicken dish which wasn't greasy or too creamy.

Ok the no exercise is probably naughty but I will make up for it tomorrow.

Well done studentmidwife, Spicey and Raph.
    I would if I could but I can't so I won't!

    1. log everyone's losses posted through the week.
    2. enter them in to excel spreadsheet which I will email to who ever might do it.
    3. copy & paste into MWSnap (easy to sign up to)(I'll supply deeper explanationto 'doer')
    4. upload into tiny pic(easy to sign up to)
    5. copy & paste onto forum.
Doing the actual chart is easy. I did need my computer literate OH to help me untersatnd about MW snap etc but once you know how to do it, it take 3-4 mins to get from completed chart to posting it on the forum.

Don't want any one to feel under pressure if it feels to much to take on at the mo particularly as so many of you are new to the forum.
Some great losses coming in again. Student midwife - size 16:T :T .

I've decided to give up sw classes again. I've been ill a lot this week with these migraines and felt rough today and although watching what i eat, haven't been able to give it my all so still weigh the same as when i went a month ago. I might try looking at extra easy again. There's no way I feel well enought o go to class tomorrow and I missed last week.
    I'll stick with you lot:D .

    Todays green menu was:
breakfast & lunch: baked beans on toast(HEB)
snack: swede (raw) & banana & I licked out the bowl from the cake i made OH (so obviously syn free)
dinner: what I call a red roast - roast sweet potato cut in chunks with carrot, parsnip & ordinary roasties sprayed with oil & herbs, with 2x drumsticks - HEB (chicken not ostritch) wrapped in foil in the middle & gravy (1 syn)
    HEA of milk in tea.

weak points are sleeping badly and feeling hungry in the middle of the night...

I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

Congratulations Marion, Dragon, Raph, Studentmidwife and Jane2112:T Feel really good today. Dragged myself to the gym at lunchtime and managed 20 mins on the machine at a noticeably faster pace than I could manage before I lost weight. This has now spurred me on to challenge myself to run for longer at that speed. Really want to go again tomorrow lunchtime but have a meeting at 1.30pm and will need to fit in lunch somewhere so will just have to go for my evening walking session. I've lost a lot of weight before and it slowly crept back on with interest on over the past nine years. My mum keeps on reminding me that I'll have to keep on with the exercise and sensible eating forever, but I don't think that'll be so bad now I'm actually enjoying the exercise and my stomach has shrunk so at the moment my large portions are a thing of the past unless I want 24hrs of stomach pain. Anyway sorry for waffling, just think I've finally got it this time round.
