Well i feel much better now :) The new dvd is much harder than my old one but thats good :j I got a couple of moves wrong but it was only my first run through it. I have this issue with moving my arms and legs at the same time, i just end up all over the place :rotfl: Bonus too that it was all standing up, no silly floor work, yay.

I've had some thoughts on the HHBM, M = Magic, Mayhem, Mischief, Machinery ;) :rotfl:

Hey all, I've had an active week this week...
Tues ~ 1 mile jog on treadmill
    Wed ~ 2.19m jog
Thurs ~ 2.24m jog plus an hour of football training
Fri ~ Weights & swim at the gym
    Sat ~ 2.73m jog
Sun ~ Body combat class, and swim at the gym.

This totals up to 8.16 miles run this week :) a good start to my training, but still a long way to go.
Been eating lots of junk this week so we shall see what the results bring when I get up later today (on nights this week) I will start recording my body fat etc %s too, to hopefully see that my body is improving.
I was a little vain at body combat, I kept looking at my arms in the mirrors while punching etc, and feeling good about how they are starting to tone up. Just need to shift the spare tire and I'll be set for summer! :D

    Morning all.
1lb loss this week, which is a surprise considering that I had slipped back into my chocs and bisuits ways!!
On holiday from Wednesday for a week - Egypt so no weight in next week but as there are few 'goodies' and plenty of walking should be ok :rotfl:
