Tae Bo Extreme was only a name, the Cardio one is much better, although this did more upper body exercising so i guess it all evens out :j Feel totally chilled out now, bring on the HHSS ;) How did you get on Annie?

HHA Result: 56 mins Tae Bo Extreme
Great thanks - you are doing so well.:T
HHA Result: 46 mins on the wii fit:
    • hoola 11 mins (3109)
    • step 10 mins
    • boxing 13 mins
    • jogging/power walking 12 mins
So glad I have done it, wii fit lady did mention the fact she hadn't seen me for a few days but I have a very straight downward slope on my weight chart.:j
Ready for my HHSS but will do some school work first then have nice bath later before I go to bed.
Left lunch at home today so had a shop sandwich, I really missed my home made soup and crackers!

Thanks for the catty exercise suggestions! I got the shock of my life this evening! I went into my daughter's room to ask her something and at the window a pair of green eyes were staring straight at me. It was dark outside and Morgan is black so all I could see were his eyes!

Another horrible surprise was when I was preparing the fish for dinner and found it riddled with worms. Tesco sent out a driver to pick it up and I took photos (they asked me to) but I'm off fish for a while I think!!!!!!!

Oh and 30 mins crosstrainer was done at 7.30pm!
    I would if I could but I can't so I won't!

  • Can't find your Q's Vic,

This thread moves so very fast these days. Sling them back up and I'm sure you'll get some answers this time round.

Its a good job you're a long-standing member and know that any perceived neglect is not intentional :D
