I can't believe that I'm typing this whilst hiding from my cat!
:rotfl: Perhaps you could try dividing up his meals into small amounts and hiding them around the house so he has to move to eat!!:rotfl:
Do you think that would work for all of us?:rotfl: :rotfl:
Hope your feeling a little better:kisses:

Feeling pretty good. Went to a fitness circuit with the gym addicts in my office and I didn't collapse or embarass myself by not being able to do it. Am hungry now though.0

I can't believe that I'm typing this whilst hiding from my cat! Vet said he is getting a bit too big and needs to get some exercise so I should just shove him outside every now and then. Well when I do he follows me around by staring in the doors/windows meoiwing at me making me feel guilty. He even climbs onto the kitchen roof and stares through the roof domes and velux windows! Cheeky little so and so.
Shouldn't you be runnning round the house and up and down stairs so the cat actually gets some exercise :rotfl:I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -

heya gang well the weight seems to be dropping off now which is fab
Each morning I get on the wii fit and it always tells me I've lost weight. I am excersing at least 30 minutes every morning so that really helps, then I do more later as and when I can fit it in. New 30min step total of 3085 as of yesterday. Recieved a DVD from a friend in the US today its a compilation of some work out DVDs she had and thought I would like, so may give one of those a try in a bit.
Oh and I'm also really missing food focusBaby :female: Tahlie Lois born 15/3/10 7lb 12 oz :heartpulsWorking on baby no2

Hi gang,
I've had a reasonable day. Really missing the support of Foodfocus, and the structure it was providing to my eating day. I think because I can't track my food, I'm even more scared to eat!
Meals today:
B - porridge
L - Soup
D - bolognese/wholewheat pasta
Snack - small handful of nuts
I did 30 mins on the Wii this morning, which actually took me over an hour to complete, and after 2 phone calls, then needing the loo, I decided to give up after 36 mins! I did 20 mins of free step, and managed over 3000 steps. I remembered to do a cool down today, and did some yoga exercises, and they've definitely helped. My calves feel normal again.
Afternoon was spent laughing at my friend's house, which is that all important belly toning exercise!
Glad to hear everyone's losses, and exercise routines. It is good that we seem to now be concentrating on changing our eating and exercise habits, which is what the doctors have been telling us all along I suppose!
I recognised one of my 'weak' moments today, while I was cooking tea. I was cooking one of my sons some bacon, and it was grilling away nicely, and I realised I'd put quite a few bits under the grill for one person, and caught myself thinking, ooh, I could pinch one of them! In that instant I realised it would have been an invisible 100 cals, and I'd have not given it another thought afterwards. How many of those did I do each day/week??
I did feel good for resisting! One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Well done amanda30ronan :T Treadmill, aerobics and an exercise dvd - how very energetic. I've completely crashed after my one session and am going to have at least one HHSS with a book, I may spend the rest of the evening perfecting my HHSS technique0
