Morning:D I have got 58 mins before I get the silver pig on the wii fit:D might be ableto do that today, something to aim for now OH has said he can't be bothered with the hula hoop, too tired:rolleyes: I try to do it while the kids are at school so that they can play on it when they get back as it really was for them:rotfl: :rotfl: guitar hero drives me mad, the eldest puts it on so loud, there is no way I would play on that wii fit all the way for me even the sports and play is a waste of time but they like it:D0

Morning!
In a REALLY bad mood at the mo. Shouted at the kids this morning and mad at OH! It's lack of sleep (due to kids and OH!!!!) Hoping it won't affect my diet as I usually eat when I'm down.I would if I could but I can't so I won't!0 -
Morning! I'm doing a HHA @ 9.30am if anyone fancies joining me? I got thrown off the Wii yesterday afternoon by the children, so want to get a few more minutes in - I got about 45 yesterday, but I'd rather get 1 hr a day when possible.
I'm feeling guilty because I ate 2 slices of bread yesterday, and it's one of the foods I've decided need to be but out/right back. It was a little treat to go with my soup. Now I'm beating myself about it, which I know is irrational, but so is stuffing my face! One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0 -
Good morning everyone - pouring of rain here but hoping it stops before my walk in the park. I feel like the postman sometimes - come rain, sleet or snow I have to make my round - only mine is in the park! And don't think Charlie would let me out of it either - he seems to have a built in clock and if I'm not stirring my stumps by quarter to ten he starts nudging me!
I made the rhubarb rice for breakfast this morning - I think it was the best one yet! I used frozen rhubarb and for the amount I used the syns would have been negligible - about 1/4 of a syn, so I won't count it:p
Breakfast - rhubarb rice and 2 nectarines - (free)
Lunch - mushroom and onion omelette, pear (free)
Dinner - pork chops cooked in a home made spicy sauce made SW style and served on a bed of wholewheat penne, sprinkled with grated parmeson (free+hea)
Snacks - scan bran with fruit and yogurt (heb)
Have a good one!
Love

Hey all, well the half marathon training is so far going well
I jogged 1 mile on the treadmill tuesday (12:51mins), 2 miles yesterday (25 mins) and just got back in from another 2 miles today (24 mins). Off to football training for an hour tonight too.
Tomorrow I'm off to the gym, but will take a break from running and just focus on weights and a nice swim.
Hugs to TagzDebt Free as of 17/01/2009 Turtle Power!!
