1lb gain this week. Birthday and wedding weekend - so lots of naughty food. Hopefully will lose it next week.

Tagz - hugs to you and I'll keep my fingers crossed - I'm sure it'll be ok.

Congratulations to all the losers and sts this week.

  • Hello everyone! Well done to all the (weight) losers this week!

I think after my initial portion control change, which I started in early December, (was already a healthy eater, but the "amounts" were out of control!) my body has more or less settled down. I have not reached 8.5 stone as I'd hoped, but I am only about 2 lines on the scale over it (are those wee lines pounds BTW?)

I don't know if I will lose any more, but I still have excess fat on my hips and tummy. I am not going to obsess about it too much, as it's not too extreme and my BMI is healthy according to website where I checked. I will just keep eating as I am doing now, and doing the exercising. Jogging this morning! I am knackered now.

What great losers we have been this week. Hugs to those who have gained.
TAGZ - I hope all is well, try not to worry too much.
No exercise again today as went to visit a friend but have already warned hubby I will need the lounge from 7.45pm tomorrow so if anyone is free would they like to join me in a HHA??
