    can i join ya thread ?? need some motivation to lose weight for the summer !!! Re-joined my local rosemary conley health and fitness class last weds , so got my first weigh-in weds .eeeekkk !! Have tried to be good but its so hard with only 1200 cals per day its really restrictive but its the only diet that works for me so gotta try !! I have a treadmill too so been using that every other night . Bought the new Coleen Nolan DVD so just waiting for that to arrive then i will try to do one night treadmill one night dvd ! wish me luck !!!!!!!

    Morning everyone, some brilliant losses coming in! :j:j:T:T

    Today I am having/have had:

    Breakfast - HM banana toffee muller rice - (free :j)

    Lunch - HM celery soup and ham roll with tomato (free, free, heb, free)

    Dinner - A nice piece of whoopsied fillet steak served with SW chips and peas (free)

    Late night snack - rest of the banana toffee muller rice mixture!

    Will post more later, off to the park for our walk now!

    Tagz I find the same confusion sometimes occurs on foodfocus with the calories when you click back. But then again --- sometimes it doesn't seem to happen! :confused: I guess nothing's perfect, present company excepted.

    Hi tagz, I think by whoopsied marion meant reduced? Asda's yellow reduced stickers say whoopsie on them!

    Im really liking being able to post on here, everyone is so supportive. And on that note, I have "Kates Cardio Combat" video if anyone wants it? Its a lot of boxing and kickboxing moves and abs and thighs. If you are new to exercise you will struggle at first with it but you can do as much or as little as you want. As I said before its a video and not a dvd. If anyones interested pm me.
