    Interesting chat on tramadol.
Was on it long term on high doses & came off it for various reasons.
Went back on it in Dec but had to stop taking as side effects so dismal.

I can recommend BuTrans - it is pretty strong but it works well. It made me feel a little odd for 2 days but after that I was fine. The best thing is that it has little or no effect on my stomach which everything else does :D Some docs are funny about prescribing it so you may need to nag a little.

Well done on weight loss Debs :T

Buttonmoons - Wii Fit is great but I guess it does involve quite a lot of stamping! Esp on the aerobic section. The other would be fine though as you're on the board for most of them.

Keep on forgetting to call HHA. Been to the gym for another brisk walk (using a heart rate monitor apparently that puts me in the fat burning zone) for half an hour so you weren't on your own nmm

Victory and BB - I have my positives! The main one being that we will have a child sooner rather than later! Doctors say 5 years time would be the ideal stage so that is what we will aim for. To be fair, unless Im feeling really low, I dont often feel like Im missing out on anything.I feel older but that has as much to do with my lifestyle choices as my health and generally I really like my life.
oh yes dmv, you certainly come over as positive (just in case you thought I thought otherwise:D ), as has everyone when explaining their situation. And it's great you've met someone in time for the 'perfect timing baby':T and really pleased you don't generally feel you're missing out. That's really great.

HHSS for me tonight too. Finally finished painting the kitchen this afternoon and have a builder coming to give a quote on bits we can't do tomorrow:j .

Tomorrow's weigh in isn't looking too hopeful. I think the drugs are having more of an impact than I thought, it can't be just about 8 biscuits yesterday. Not sure if I'll feel motivated to go to class if no change in the morning (recent added bus laine means 40mins traffic crawl to go 3 miles). Not feeling partcularly bothered at the mo, more just interest in the proces.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

    Baa humbug.
    In a bad mood.
Went into kitchem with my tea dishes & fell all my length.
Hurt my shoulder & have cut my hand & there is brocken crockery all over the floor.
    Gaaah.
