STS for me this week. Bit annoyed as I want this last 8 lbs to go, I suppose I should feel good I haven't put on.
I should start noting down my fat/water %s too I think, cos I think the differences will start showing on there more now as I crawl towards my target. :)

I have that horrible sick feeling in my stomach that I always get on Monday morning - thats right its weigh in day today:o I wonder if I will ever be able to approach a set of scales without feeling fearful and apprehensive:mad: I have been good all week and stuck to the plan, eating in the evenings cravings didn't hit me this week yet I am still so frightened getting weighed! I did have a big loss last week (4.5 lbs) and I have never managed to lose properly the week after a big loss so I am not expecting miracles today, but oh it would be nice:D Wish me luck everyone!

    :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Just shows how bad I am at aerobics - it confuses the hell out of me on the Wii.

Do you have any tips on the boxing? I follow what the Wee Man does but my score doesn't improve - should I be hitting higher/harder/further - more than he does? Or something else?

    TIA FFM :)
I can't do the boxing, nor can the kids, I know he shows you but can't get to grips to what he means so I do it get very few points but in the bonus time make up for it by punching the living days out of it to get the points and release the tension it causes me because I can't do it:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

    nmn challenge on:D

bb I agree with you it is a constant drain on the energy, when I went to sit down on buses etc or go for a quick walk and have to sit down people used to look at me as if to say why? I used to explain the pain, the arthritis etc but now I don't, I just sit down on buses and everyone else thinks I am a terrible person not getting up for the elderly:rolleyes:

1lb loss for me this week.

Was hoping it would be a bit more, but if I think about it....I've had 2 nights of boozing and a chinese....:o I should be suprised I haven't gained.

I think I'm still suffering from Saturday, no more al-co-ma-hol for me!

I have that contraceptive implant in my arm, had it for about 4months now and it STILL hasn't settled down, so my periods are all over, and more often than not make an appearence each week. It's torture trying to resist the biccy tin....!

    Hello!!!

Handed in my dissertation on friday afternoon, 10,490 words long (what a class number) although i added a bit more and couldnt be arsed to change it but whos gunna notice! I cant believe how hard i worked on that, stress like no other! spent friday afternoon sleeping and not doing anything, then saturday still really tired and most of sunday crying! But im feeling so much better today, im going for a swim with my friend at 3, quite excited!!!

Delly: youre house looks nice!! well cheap i thought, my brother bought a terrace that was tiny for that amount like 7 years ago. Really shows the difference of the north/south divide thing. Are you trying to find a house now?

right im off to enjoy looking at websites without feeling guilty, or going back to work. Im ao excited, trouble is im working 4 times in the next 3 weeks. Im not getting any work so im being a lady of leisure. Cant tell you how good it feels not to be doing a dissertation, something thats been hovering over me since last may/june!

anyway, im going on a bit. Chat to you all soon :)
