Yes they're full sized breasts. My grill is always lined with foil - as you say it saves on washing the pan everytime! I think I will bake them ina foil lined tray. Thanks all. One more question! Do i spray the wedges with frylight BEFORE I sprinkle the seasoning on, or after? :o

spray before or after the seasoning.... the spray can help the seaoning stick

as for your comment about the size of your breasts, I am amazed this hasn't already provoked reaction....:rotfl: :rotfl:

I have a reciepe i have done tonight and last night

    Ingrediants

    2 cloves of garlic
    8mushrooms
    3/4 of a onion.
    Pasta
    tin of sweet corn
    quorn chicken style peices.
    4 extra light laughing cow.

Put quorn style chickens in the microwave in a bowl with a little bit of water , 7minutes.
Whilst there cooking heat some fry light in a pan and finely chop the red onion , mushrooms and garlic.
When the pan is heated pot boiling water in a pot for the pasta , chuck the onion , garlic and mushrooms into the pan and turn down to about 3. Add the chicken to the pan.
    Let everything simmer away.
Then when the pasta is done drain it , add 4 laughin cow extra light cheeses and the sweetcorn stir through and add the sweetcorn , onion , garlic and mushrooms. Once done serve :)

Makes big portions for about 3 people or medium portions for 4.

    prep time :10 minutes
cook time after everythings in the pan :10

if you dont like the chopped quorn chicken peices use quorn sausages , if you dont like sweetcorn add baked beans.

:) hope this comes in handy for people (also nice cold)

Does anyone know how long cooked pasta will keep for? I made a lovely pasta dish this evening with tinned tomatoes and mushrooms but I made far too much. Theres a good two portions left and we wont get to eat it again until Sunday, will it be ok until then?
