Is wholemeal rice free on green even if it isn't a HeB on red?
ps hi
White rice, wholemeal rice, basmati rice, even most of those little packets of flavoured rice like Uncle Bens rice are all free on green and extra easy days. The only day you wouldn't be able to have it would be red:TWhen life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -

I saw this somewhere but cant think where.
tub quark, add garlic and parsley. place on baking parchment and roll up to make a log than place in the fridge to chill.
slice chicken (or quorn) breast then put a slice of the quark roll in the middle. wrap round a piece of parma ham or bacon and cook.
Ive frozen the rest to use on other things.

All marinades have syns, and unless shaslick was made from scratch by your good self it would almost definitly have syns.0 -
