it's lovely with mash and sprouts in bubble and squeak.
I'm trying an EE day today
BF - shredded wheat and milk (HEA and
Lunch - chicken noodle soup (Homemade, chicken mushrooms leeks bacon pasta)
Dinner- Gammon steak, pineapple, SW chips and veg
I think that works?
I just thought that with all this cold weather we must be burning up loads more calories just keeping warm! Good for dieters I reckon.
Sounds like a good menu - but where is your pineapple coming from? If you've bought a whole fruit to chop thats fine, but if its from a can then it may have syns.0 -

It is quite possible to have a large loss even if it isnt your first week, but dont plan to lose a certain amount as you will feel like you have failed if you dont lose that much, when you should be celebrating even a 0.5lb loss!
I have had a few weeks where i have lost more than my starting week, but they have been weeks that i have been super duper good and had no syns at all and havent enjoyed the plan as i had missed out on things i like to eat.
Same with saving syns up, i never do it, have my 10 syns a day everyday and if i need more i flexi syn and start the next day with 10 again. As long as this isnt done every week and saved for when you really need them ie nights out, meals xmas ect, you will still have a great loss.Proud to be DEBT FREE AT LAST0 -

Can anyone tell me why rice is not a Hb on Original days? I just can't find any info regarding this. So every time I have rice on a Original day, I count it as 6 syns for 84g of cooked rice.
I really don't want to use up all my syns on rice if just maybe it is a Hb.0 -
