Off to shops to stock up on fruit and veg..mainly because iv just remembered a quick superfree snack i quite fancy later.

Musrooms and onions slowley cooked in fry-light and then add a spoon of from frai, it makes a creamy sauce and is yummy with a sprinkling of mixed herbs. Also nice on toast if you have an healthy extras left as a warming supper, reminds me of the toast toppers you can get but with no syns!! And can be enjoyed on red and green and ee.!!!

How do you stop the mushrooms colouring it all grey???

Thank you ladies for all the info on the fromage frais.
I've just been to the shops but could not find anything remotely similar to fromage frais. Will keep on searching. The "low fat" cream cheeses we have has a 25% fat for 100g!!!

But as you guys suggested, I will rather go for the yogurt than the cream cheese.

I'm no longer confused (lol) just disappointed to be missing out on this wonderful product.

Do you have Quark (another very very low fat soft cheese) or very low fat natural yoghurt - both are similar.

You could mix quark with something (or have it on its own, but I think its yuk!) like chocolate spread/jam - you'd use less syns. What about having a cooked breakfast? Or fruit salad covered in Mullerlight/natural yoghurt? Means you'd have a HEb for later.

Can't decide what to have for dinner. Maybe quorn lasagne or spag bol. Don't think I have any quorn meatballs....

Well after being a little porky pig over christmas Im getting back on the plan from tomorrow and im going to join a class tonight. I have lost over a stone at the end of last year doing it alone, but it is much harder than if you go to class. So im quite excited and looking forward to learning about the new extra easy option. How have you all found the new plan? :)
