Can someone please explain the extra easy plan to me? I understand all the other variations to the letter but have no idea what EE is?
thanks
Hi there. I have also used S World many times and find it the best healthy eating ever. I am doing it myself at home as well. I have done it before from home and was very successful. You just have to get as much support and advice as possible.
Bought the latest SW magazine and saw Extra Easy Plan. It seems that the plan is based on combining Free Foods from both Original and Green into the recipies. I went onto SW website and printed off another 7 day extra easy plan with recipies, all very easy and filling.
Anyhow, best of luck. If I hear any more about this plan will let you know.

Extra Easy is the perfect introduction to Food Optimising and, for existing members, brings even more choice.
There are 3 Extra Easy steps:
1 Choose Free Food – anything that’s Free on Green or Original. So pasta, rice, potatoes, meat, fish, poultry etc are all Free.
2 Choose Healthy Extras – Each day select one Healthy Extra ‘a’ choice and one
Healthy Extra ‘b’ choice. (No need to choose chicken, new potatoes or wholemeal pasta as Healthy Extras – they’re all Free with Extra Easy!)
3 Enjoy 5 -15 Syns each day – And if the Syn values for Green and Original foods are different on the standard Syns list, count the lower one!0 -
Thanks for the info. I thought I was on the right track. It just sounds too good to be true. I use mostly Original but sometimes it can work out quite expensive buying loads of meat.
It is brilliant to have such a choice now.
Thanks again0 -
Daily eating plan - extra easy today as normal!
Freezing cold last night and I ended up eating the remains of a large bag of salted peanuts that my husband started and left on the table next to me. Mmm - accident or sabatoge:mad::rolleyes: Mind you nobody forced them down my gullet:rotfl::o!
New day new start - here is what I will have today (hopefully)
Breakfast - oats so simple with blueberries and milk (heb, free, hea) - I know it was the same as yesterday but when it is so cold it just has to be oatmeal!:T
Lunch - Must eat that left over stew from a couple of days ago. Was supposed to have it yesterday but I made the most fabulous Dutch Pea Soup which was so delicious it makes my mouth water just thinking about it. I will have the rest of it tomorrow for lunch (assuming OH doesn't snaffle all of it for lunch today) (free)
Dinner - Lamb hotpot - (should be free now on easy peasy plan:j) will have with roast pumpkin which I just found under my kitchen table (don't ask!)- the pumpkin wasn't roast when I found it you understand!
Not planned any syns yet, no doubt they will find me!

Hi all, after the success of my weigh in last night - 1/2 lb off - my consultant has given me next week free as a well done for losing 'over the xmas period' - yay! I have decided to follow green for a few days, (just to ring the changes).. I have planned til friday. I shall probably have an EE weekend..
Today then, green -
B a departure from the norm... porridge (HB) with banana and chopped apricots (B - most are for dinner tonight, but a few in breakfast is a treat!) using milk HA
L spanish omlette with potatoes, onions and peas. either salad or veg on the side. fruit or muller for afters
D cous cous with chickpea and apricot tagine. looking forward to dinner already
My consultant has given me the recipe for 'lockshen bake' which I shall be making imminently. It is a jewish 'cake' (ish) free on green (apparently). Uses vermicelli, eggs, fromage frais and cinnamon. I shall report back - (if honest, I am not holding out great hope, but, nothing ventured, nothing gained....:rotfl: )0 -
EEk - off to weigh in now - lets hope EE has worked for me! See you all later x xPay Debt by Xmas 16 - 0/12000

Hiya everyone.
Looking forward to see if EE work for you penguin..fingers crossed. xx
Yesterday was a mix to max day for me, and i tried the sw pizza recipie from one of the mags, and it was a bit of a disater, think i used to much mash for the base as the outside was lovely and crispy but still soft in the middle, still tasted great even though it was more like a pile of pizza flavoured mash than a crispy pizza!! LOL
Today im having a green day.
Breakfast-Muller with lots of fruit and black coffee (trying to cut out milk so i can have more cheese in my meals)=free
Lunch-6 wholegrain crispbreads (Hb) with quark and boiled eggs for topping, and bowl of pasta n sauce.
Tea- Oven baked jackets with beans and cheese (Ha) and large side salad.=free
Snacks- fruit, merigue and spray cream and grapes (3.5 syns),2 slices of toast with quark-Hb
Hope you all have a great day

Good Morning Ladies,
Hope everyone is still doing well and have a good day.
As I'm from SA, can any one please explain to me what Fromage Frias is? Clearly it's not yogurt and I thought it was like Orly Whip (don't know if you have this in England).
I would love to make the free ice cream made from yogurt and fromage frais and is hoping that we might have something similar than fromage frais in SA.
Thank you for your help.0
