Sorry for needing a moan but have to get this out.
Feeling really down today, really want a bar of chocolate but that means going to the machine which means breaking my 100 day challange.
Feeling really de-motivated, havent had a kitchen now for 8 weeks and its really getting to me, just wish the flipping thing was in. Have put on a stone and gone up one size in the 8 weeks due to all the takeawaysreally want to get back into SW but have to wait to next week to do it properly. Been trying to have a semi healthy lunch but kinda thinking wots the point, I'm going to have to go home to a dinner from the chippy again.
Reading all your wonderful stories makes me feel so bad as I so wanna be doing it to but cant:mad:

Lunch - Jacket Potato, Cheese Onion, Beans (HEa)
Dinner - Lamb Casserole (HEb, 2Syns)

Oh poo, just back from 1st weigh in and good job I was prepared for the worst. I'll join the 6 and a bit stone to lose club please! have been to target on SW before, that is the maddening thing, I've just been convincing myself I can do it without class and with plenty of cheating for way too long. Ho Hum, onwards and significantly DOWNWARDS please scales next week!!
Had an ok day today, I don't know how many syns I've had though, because I had honey on my yoghurt (2) and a small slice of my colleague's small victoria sponge cake, hopefully that won't be too many syns but if anyone can guess for me I'd be very grateful!
I had a hifibar, an apple and a yoghurt after class so feel angelic! :A
.. and tonight I am off to an exercise class, followed by making the minestrone soup that our consultant brought into class later on, because it was so nice. Its the one out of the magazine and she doubled up the quantity of pasta and used penne, and it was like a stew, so nice and warming. A girl in class lost 4.5lbs by doing a week of EE, so I'm aiming to do the same!! :eek:0 -
 woo hoo! lost 1/2 lb at WI tonight.... not huge, but off is off!
Anyone had any thoughts about something interesting to do with 1/2 box of stale shreddies, weetabix or raison wheats??

cheer up, I have lost just over a stone and have got to lose at least another 8 stone! We can do it, we really can even if it takes a couple of years. My family are brilliant and bought me an actifry for Christmas which is fantastic. It works out that I use 1/4 tbspn of olive oil to make a huge batch of chips for me and olive oil is so healthy for you. They actually taste like proper chips. I never liked the chips where you used fry lite in the oven.
Good luck, all we can do is our best. But this time next year we'll be well on our way to goal and be wondering why we ever doubted we could do it, you watch.
Ooh, we have about the same amount to lose:T Nosonddu - as you can see you are definately not alone:D:j
I have been wanting an actifry for ages, dropped some very heavy hints for Christmas and even put it on my Amazon wish list but didn't get one:mad:
Looks like I will have to save up and get one myself:DWhen life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -

Well done on the loss, not sure about your cereals unless you could make muffins maybe, feed to a hamster?, crush down and mix with daughters porridge, make a fruit crumble?

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: just tooooo funnyedit -It has taken *several re-readings* to get your thoughts... I thought you meant:
make muffins to feed to a hamster
crush down and mix with porridge (I imagined cooked porridge)!!
and I had no idea where you were going with the fruit crumble idea.
Sorry. I'm just daft!
but honestly - I thought there was such a thing as 'weetabix cake' (like 'scan bran cake' maybe?) or as kids we used to make easter nests, or what's this I hear about 'ferrero rocher'?0 -
Evening all - welcome to anyone just joining us and well done to the losers!
My weigh in is tomorrow, have been doing EE for 7 days so fingers crossed it works for me!
Hope everyone is well - off to catch up with thread! x xPay Debt by Xmas 16 - 0/12000
