  • I find fruit and yogurt fine for breakfast - you can always take a bit of fruit in your bag in case the munchies hit (or boredom strikes) mid morning.

Yes you can, but why not syn the bread, have an extra easy day and then your meat and SW roasties would both be free?:j

thanks, sounds great but I haven't actually caught up with the Extra Easy thingy yet :o . *scuttles off to do some reading*

Also Emma Jane, yes I guess I could sin the cereals it's just habit I suppose that I always put them down as HEs.

pennylane - you are a great ad for SW - love the enthusiasm.

Hit a snag now back on the plan proper! After lunch and dinner I always crave a mouthful of something sweet (no rude comments!) - not a whole choccie bar or anything, just 1 square (but if its in I'll eat it!)

I've made a sachet of sugar free jelly into four portions (can someone confirm one portion will be 0.5syns?) for after dinner, but any suggestions as to after lunch?

fromage frai and fruit, or add fruit to one of the jellies, or a nice vanilla yog?

When I read the Easy booklet I immediately felt as if something had been taken away from me by only having 1 HE a & b. I know its a mental thing but I'm going to stick with red and green for now.

Isn't that interesting p00 - when I got the booklet I immediatly felt that I had been given loads of extra HEB's cause I used to use meat on green days as B's:T:T

Thanks p00 - I suppose I didn't think of yoghurt as I take one to work for a snack, but yes, a small bowl of fruit salad topped with a spoonful of yoghurt should do it after my lunch!

Also (now I have a stick blender - Xmas pressie) can someone remind me (again) of how you make the mousse from mullers and SF jelly? Which flavours of each do you use??? Ta

The EE made me think I'd just doubled the food I'd been given! I could just see HUGE plates of food or maybe I was just daydreaming! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Sorry for needing a moan but have to get this out.

Feeling really down today, really want a bar of chocolate but that means going to the machine which means breaking my 100 day challange.

Feeling really de-motivated, havent had a kitchen now for 8 weeks and its really getting to me, just wish the flipping thing was in. Have put on a stone and gone up one size in the 8 weeks due to all the takeaways  really want to get back into SW but have to wait to next week to do it properly. Been trying to have a semi healthy lunch but kinda thinking wots the point, I'm going to have to go home to a dinner from the chippy again.

Reading all your wonderful stories makes me feel so bad as I so wanna be doing it to but cant:mad:

Everyone asking me when I'm going to loose weight as I used to be the 'thin' sister, now my sis is smaller than me :(

Moan over, sorry peolpe but had to get it out Thanks for listenin ( not that you really had a choice! :) )x x

sparky - a healthy breakfast and lunch is half the battle - if you do that then you can feel better about naughty dinners! Same with snacks and drinking plenty - it might mean you maintain rather than lose - but you shouldn't put more on either. Also try upping your walking? Will all help in a little way until you can go full steam ahead!!

    Whats the 100 day challenge?
