:hello: Hi, just returned from my first class for a while. Put on 16.5lbs since my last lowest weight  so got a lot to lose! We've been told to get back on the straight and narrow with red and green before trying extra easy, but I might try at least one this week (I really want fish pie!)

Thats what makes it a healthy eating plan for life. You fill up on 'real' food - it keeps you away from lots of refined carbs and refined sugars and fats - pastry, fat on meat, chocolate/sweets/crisps/alcohol etc (you're still limiting syns and HE's) I think thats the main thing rather than not mixing carbs and proteins (both of which are good for you and your body needs to operate).

also if you are frying you are only going to do so with frylight not less healthy oils

:D remember SC, we are here every step of the way :D

I wonder why you are being advised to hold back before trying EE? I understood that it was designed for new members - do you get the impression that whilst it works, it is perhaps less effective?

I am (give or take) about 1/2 stone from target, and I think it will make a great maintainance plan for me, but otherwise I am using it as and when I fancy, as I do with Red, Green and Mix2Max.

    Hi zav

No - sorry - you shouldn't split Healthy extras (that's not to say that people don't, but that SW say you shouldn't)

angie, no I think it works - my old consultant lost 5lbs ina week on it and my current lost 7lbs over 2 weeks on it, but she just wants us to get our heads round it/back on track before introducing something new.

Actually I've only put on 14.5lbs since my lowest (middle of September) so thats not bad for me! Looking forward to a good week - was really positive until OH upset me earlier. Now I just feel fed up and low :(

OK have sent my sheet to all who have asked for it - so if anyone hasn't got it let me know.

Well i have to say the response has surprised me - thought a small number of you might be interested but my list now has 25 names on it :j:j:T:T - thanks for showing interest and hope you all find it useful.

If anyone has any ideas for further developments/enhancements or anything else useful that could be added on to it let me know.

That's sort of the answer I gave to him.....and kind of what I was thinking myself:p

DH is and always has been the perfect weight for his height...well actually back in his late teens early twenties he was about a stone underweight. He just doesn't think about food, and can sometimes go all day with only breakfast at 7am until dinner time at 6-7pm....wheras I am obsessed with food, even now I have had a big dinner, mince pie for pudding and am sat here really wanting a cheese and onion jacket potato:confused:

    Anyway
My plan for tomorrow is - Green Day

Brek - Oatso Simple (HEb + HEa)
Lunch - Jacket potato, cheese, onions, beans. (HEa)
Dinner - Lamb Casserole. (HEb, Syns 2)
Snacks - Apple, Banana, Muller Yoghurt, Crisps(Syns 6?)
Drinks - Tea, No Sugar Juice.

There, I always feel so much better when I plan ahead and write it down.:D

    Good Luck Everyone.

    Mel x
