    Hi,
just had my first EE day
    B 1 x Alpen light (1/2 HEB)
    L pasta in sauce
    D bacon/mush/onion omlette, wedges beans

Got hungry!! had a muller light/raspberries - free

no food in the house until Tesco's came so didnt have much choice for breakfast or lunch, but they have been and gone and I now have a fridge full of SW friendly food

Does anyone know if I can have a slice of wholemeal bread to make up my HEB instead of the other Alpen light bar - could have beans on toast then for supper later!!!

    Thanks

  • Hi zav

No - sorry - you shouldn't split Healthy extras (that's not to say that people don't, but that SW say you shouldn't)

Although I do understand that beans on alpen light doesn't quite have the same appeal.....:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Ive never tried that - maybe I should - :rotfl: thanks for the response tho, thought beans on toast would be more filling than Alpen light and fruit  oh well, fruit it is.... gotta start off on the right foot!! no cheating yet since today is my first day back on SW!!!

  • remember if you are *hungry* you could have some more wedges / mash etc with some beans, then the alpen light afterwards....

OR... as you haven't had any syns (and you should have 5 - 15 each day), you could have the slice of toast (3 syns) with the beans and then the alpen light....

OR.... someone (I'm sure, class or here!), chopped the alpen light up into giant crumbs and sprinkled / mixed with syn free yogurt for a granola style topping....

    Breakfast
    2 x weetabix and mullerlight

    Lunch
Baked potato with left over quorn bolognese sauce and a some edam cheese

    Dinner
Was going to be a quorn curry but I couldnt be arsed to make one so I just had some quorn sauages and chips instead!

I'll have some toast later as my other HEb and some milk too.

Following on from my earlier post about Extra Easy ....... I've just been writing down everything I've eaten today and it seems I have successfully completed a EE day (I hope!;) ):j

Breakfast Skimmed milk (350 ml) 1 x A Healthy Extra
    1 oz cereal 1 x B HE
    Sliced banana FREE

    Lunch scrambled eggs FREE
on 2 Tesco Healthy Choice Dutch Crispbakes 2 x 1.5 syns
    Tomato FREE

    Apple & Clementine FREE

Evening Meal Lean Pork Chop FREE
Red Cabbage cooked with apples & onions FREE
    Sprouts FREE
Cubed & boiled Sweet Potato FREE
Bounty Ice Cream 50 ml 7.5 syns
Nescafe Skinny Cappuccino coffee 3 syns

So I've had 13.5 syns and my A HE and my B HE.
For me, that's a fairly average day apart from the Bounty Ice Cream. Normally I'd have a Muller yog, quark & fruit or something lower in syns - but I'm getting rid of stuff to de-frost the freezer!;)

    Hello all,

So having lost 2 stone with SW earlier last year with the help of your guys, I'm back, I was doing a pretty good job of keeping it off but Christmas happened and I have put on half a stone.

I want to get the half stone off and another stone in time for my brothers wedding in April so half a stone per month....doable if I behave.

Unfortunatley I went back to university to retrain as a teacher in September and I can't afford to go to classes, so I am going to be needing your help and advice even more than last time...to that end please could someone be so kind as to pm me the password?

    Thanks very much

Thanks Angie - succumbed to a muller light & rasperries, going to have syns on a glass of wine - just to make space in the fridge - not because I want one:rotfl:
