I'd managed to limit the damage to a 0.5lb gain at WI on Thursday (I'd been away for the previous weekend and ate and drank for England), so I was reasonably pleased with that, would have preferred a STS but hey ho!! I'm not changing my Sig as I WILL LOSE IT this week. Positive thinking and all that!
    Have a great week everybody.

Well done Marion :T I just hope you haven't shoved that pound in my direction this time!! :D

No I wouldn't do that - but when the 2 pounds I had off you split up they decided to drop their little off spring (nicknamed "the gain") round to yours. One of them decided to stay with me for a bit and the other has taken off for parts unknown!:D

Had my weigh in this morning and it was a big day as I lost 2lbs...

Now that means I have lost exactly 2 stone since Jan 1st so im over the moon. After a slow couple of weeks over my birthday, i have since lost 6lbs over the past 2 weeks, which im delighted with as I always thought it would slow right down.

Now i Just have to keep going and try to get my 3 stone target. I could do with losing a little more, but will worry about that once i hit 3 stone...

yay, very happy today and the sun is shining..
    Weight at 1st Jan 2009 = 17st 9lbs!!
    Total lost to date = 1st 11lbs :j
    Current Weight = 15st 12lbs...

    Total debt at 1st Jan 2009 = £17,000
    Current debt = £9,000 :T

    Hi

Daren't weigh in this week as had a proper blow out of a weekend. It's over now though and we have no more socialising planned until BF's birthday on 11 April. So back on the wagon with a red day today and gym tonight and hopefully won't have overall gain next weekend on weigh in day.

Well done to all those who have lost, especially spat08 - 2 stone is an amazing loss since January - I've barely managed 2lbs!!!

    2.5lb off this week

Total loss so far (2wks) is 8.5 lb - won slimmer of the week and got my half a stone award.

Very motivated for this next week and want to get some more activity in! Here's hoping for another good loss :) - on my way to my first stone off :)

I bought some lean corned beef in a tin for my dreaded red days but has anyone got any recipes..... I really get stuck for dinners on my 2 red days a week - anyone got any helpful red recipes............. Must order my burgers from Joe's!
DFW since JAN 2009 - 2014 will be the year i finally clear debts :) Just to see which month :))))

Iceland have got crosse & blackwell pasta in 5 for B1G1F 89p each. On syns online says 'made up as instructed' and instructions include milk and optional butter. Do you think they will be free if made without milk and stuff (cheese and broccoli 1 syn per 100ml cooked)
