It is the milk - count it as free if you're taking it from a HEa :)

  • Hellooo

Sorry i haven't posted in a while, had a bit of an.. interesting time of it recently. I had RSI reoccur a week ago, and have been signed off for two weeks with it - currently typing this slooowly with one remaining good hand!

I was also made redundant on thursday. Completely out of the blue and very unexpected. they have basically taken away our whole dept now, whereas other departments haven't had one redundancy yet, v annoyed and obviously worried about money. _pale_ i do have approx 3 months grace, during which time i believe i will be expected to go into work - when its a 70 mile round trip i'd rather work from home and save my petrol

So SW has been on the back burner and i missed class last week. not sure what to do really, first thought is batten down the hatches and save as much money as possible inc class fee, but I have done reasonably well so far and don't want to give in yet, wich i think would happen if i stopped going  think i'm going to keep a food diary and see how good i can be by myself. i haven't been good this last week but haven't had the pig out i really wanted - e.g a creme egg one night, which could easily have been an entire bar of dairy milk  don't get me wrong, i haven't stayed within syns many days, but nor do i think i have been particularly bad.

Anyway, rant over, and onward and upward career-wise, and hopefully downward on the scales :o

  • Asda is the place to shop at the mo for SW bargains!

Wish my fridge was bigger so I could fit more mullerlights in! Might have to pop there again today, offers are too good to miss out on & mullers always have a really good date on them!

I'll have a look for any other good offers!!

Oh yes, I'll have to tell you about the yummy dinner I had the other day, tin of Asda chich pea dhal, free on green, about 70p, warmed it in a pan & mashed it up a little bit, had it with slimming world chips & 4 falafel 1 syn each, really yummy dinner, sw/veggin spin on chips, curry sauce & rissole! hehe
