I have been doing really well had a green day Wednesday, then red day thurs, fri and sat, so today I decided to have green!! and im in agony!! Breakfast was beans on toast, Dinner was jacket potato with cheese and salad and since then I have had terrible wind :o , I have had stomach pains and I am really really bloated I look 6 months pregnant!!! Is this because I have had all them red days??? Anyone have any ideas !!!!

Try to drink more water if Green days have this effect on your system. 2 litres a day should help, though you'll be back and forth to the loo for a couple of days but it will settle down I promise :)
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

ha ha ha - not laughing at your pain but laughing that i thought it was only me lol!!!!!! I couldn't walk the other day and i was sooooo bloated. It will pass but i am definitely cutting down on the beans and veg!!! unlike you i have had quite a few green days and i also felt really 'full' cough cough if you know what i mean, but nothing was coming..........

Have no suggestion but a hot water bottle and bed. And stay away from ppl unless you have a dog to blame like me ;) - my MIL thinks the dog is disgusting ha ha ha - and it was me :o

Haha, I have been sat down for the past 2 hours because I couldn't move, I think it was def the beans As I had more then 1 tin!!! I have 2 dogs to blame but I had no excuse when I was sat at my mothers!!:o

did your Dr offer the vouchers to you? Or did you have to go through dietician first?

I'm asking as I was thinking of seeing whether my DR would refer me to SW via him but not sure what procedures you have to follow?

Also I'm in Wales not England like you so it may not apply here.

Hi I asked my GP as i had heard about someone else getting them and it is actually all done through the nurse, so had to go and see her. It was all very quick and easy - just a few checks on weight, bp etc . From what i understand the scheme is funded by our Borough Council and if i do well I am entitled to another 12 weeks worth :T
Might be worth asking your GP as i don't think it is that well advertised in our area, in fact one of my friends phoned her surgery and the receptionist knew nothing about it - she had to go and check with the nurse.
Hope this helps and Good luck.

nosierosie - if you install OpenOffice which is a free package it will let you read the spreadsheet as well as word documents etc :)

Been reading and lurking last few weeks, in a bit of a funk so I haven't even had any good advice to give anyone :( I seem to be excelling at STS these last 3 weeks and I don't think this week will be different. I have just finished my 2nd foodie Mystery Shop and can't say anything was very SW friendly :o

However been On my Wii Fit loads (somehow this morning achieved an age of 22 even though I am 36 :rotfl: if only it was real!) so I will actually be pleased if I can STS again this week even though I think my consultant will kill me :o Just had my ASDA order delivered including 28 mullers so I should have plenty to keep me to plan until WI on wednesday!

Yeah I was gonna suggest open office too - it's pretty good and free :D:D:beer:
