Hi everyone,
I have taken Benecol yoghurt drinks for a couple of years now to lower colesterol. Has anyone researched the best equivalent to suit SW minimising the Syns or even free ones?
Thanks

Well, I went to my first class today.
Consultant seemed nice, but as I arrived at the wrong time, I wasn't able to stay for group - will go a bit later next week!
Felt a bit silly getting myself worked up for nothing really.:o
Good day today though:
Breakfast - Fat free fromage frais
Snack - Be good to yourself egg may on w/m bread (HEB)
Lunch - King Prawn noodle salad from Boots (3 syns)
Fruit salad and v low fat natural yoghurt
Snack - Half Dairy Milk - locked the other half away so as not to eat it! (6.5 syns)
Dinner - Massive bowl of spag bol made with Quorn & Mozarella (HEA)
I'm probably short of a HEB, but I ate so much at dinner time that I don't think I could eat anything else. Although, I'm sure if I'd taken the chocolate home I'd have found room!:oSealed Pot Challenge - member 1109:j0 -

Can some one please tell me what the lowest syn crisps are? I need crips or might not last the week out!
Thanks
Morrisons Eat Smart are between 35 and 55 Kcal each, which I think is between 2 and 3 syns. Asda's diet range (good for you?) have similar calorie and syn levels (but aren't as nice IMHO). Ryvita limbos are 3.5 syns I think. WW cheese nachos and cheese puffs are 3.5 ish as well.0 -
Can anyone explain superspeed to me - the one where you have superfree foods on the majority of the plate? I'm looking to give my weight loss a bit of a boost0

Anything that’s Free Food on Green OR Original – so that’s pasta, rice, potatoes, lean meat, poultry, fish and all the Superfree food – is totally Free on Extra Easy! Yes, you can eat unlimited meat, potatoes and veg, fish, chips and mushy peas, and chicken curry and rice with no measuring, no weighing, no counting – no kidding!
And for super-fast, super healthy results, fill one third of your plate with Superfree Food!
Chicken curry is free? Is there a recipe for that somewhere? really fancy something different:D0 -
Hi Everyone
I'm home alone tongiht and trying to convince myself to go to bed instead of the cupboards! DOne ok today considering there was no food in!
Breakfast: 2 Wheetabix with milk (he b and he a)
Snacks at work: 2 Ryvita (1/2 heb)
2 apples
2 bananas
2 options (4 syns)
2 cups of coffee
Lunch: Omelette made with 3 eggs, aspaagus, onion, pepper, courgette and tuna
Dinner: Courgette-y mince made with quorn mince, tinned tomatoes, courgette (can you tell I like courgettes?), onion and herbs + 1 stock cube (1 syn) and some cheese (he a)
Snacks: 2 Ryvita (1/2 heb), I 2-finger kit kat (5.5syns) and 2 muller lights
So I've had a tiny bit too much milk, I don't always have my second hea so don't bother counting the milk i use in options but I had coffee today too which I don't normally have so with the cheese there's a bit too much "a" there. Syns have been ok though so I guess there's wiggle room.
Hmmmm, might have another ryvita and then head off for bed, maybe that's a good comprimise? Or not, at this stage I don't care lol!0
