    Hello everyone...

Well after a couple of weeks of birthday celebrations, I had put on 2lbs which i was fairly pleased with, could have been far afr worse considering I ate out about 6 times..

Anyway, had a better week this week although had a fair bit to drink and a chinese takeaway..

Had weigh in this morning and im delighted to say I have LOST 4LBS!

That now takes me to a total loss of 1st13lbs since jan 1st so im over the moon..gonna be really good this week so i can hopefully get my 2st goal next week.

I have booked to play golf and squash this week also, and going to start running more...so hopefully 2.5 stone wont be too long away..

Judderman, could I please have your spreadsheet, it sounds really good...

    Thanks
    Weight at 1st Jan 2009 = 17st 9lbs!!
    Total lost to date = 1st 11lbs :j
    Current Weight = 15st 12lbs...

    Total debt at 1st Jan 2009 = £17,000
    Current debt = £9,000 :T

Will be pm'ing for the spreadsheet.

Well, my first week came to an end at 10am this morning when i walked into my meeting :)

I was convinced i had sts or maybe lost 1.5-3lb max! I have not stopped eating - as you all know i have posted saying i really don't think this can work.

I stood on the scales with my eyes closed and a feeling of dissapointment already and the woman didn't even tell me - she just said 'ooo that's good', so i opened my eyes and i had lost........................

    WAIT................... IT'S WORTH IT...............................I PROISE......................

    6LB!!!!!!!!! 6 WHOLE POUNDS!
Needless to say i am now converted and was desperately copying all free branded items fromt he guide at my meeting today!!!!!! wahoooooooooooooo and the mint hi-fi's are as yummy as the lemon ones he he.

On green today - blinkin sons b'day tomorrow and MIL is getting pizza hut. I plan on making a pasta n sauce before i go to work and eating it there after (before she picks me up) then when pizza comes just say i feel a bit icky from the chlorine and eat 1 slice pizza and some wedges (max 15syns - save 10 today and 10 from tomorrow) - other option is to order italian pizza without cheese. How many syns do you think i can subtract a slice for no cheese...... Then maybe i can eat 2???? She is also buying cake and custard but will say feeling icky :)
DFW since JAN 2009 - 2014 will be the year i finally clear debts :) Just to see which month :))))
