Hi which ones do you have? The normal strawberry ones for example are 3 syns. I bought an 8 pack of mixed ones (kiwi etc) then discovered they werent low fat, my oh ate them but i counted them as all 3 syns each. They also do fibre ones and creamy ones they are a lot higher though. hth

Thanks for that its the normal ones I got so I suppose 3syns isn't too bad.

Now i'm looking for syn value of a jar of knor spanish chicken, would be very grateful if someone could oblige. Trying to get all geared up for a fresh start on Monday. Might have to go back to class as not doing very well at all on my own

My OH has been away this weekend so I have been feeling pretty sorry for myself and have been comfort eating somewhat.

This followed a visit to beefeater on Thursday where I didnt pick the healthy option and you should have seen the face of our waiter when he delivered my main of rack of ribs, chips, sweetcorn cob, spiral onion loaf, coleslaw, tomato and chilli sauce, extra salad and chimu chimi sauce!! Although I had a starter, we didnt have a pudding so I did save some syns there :rotfl:

I enjoyed it though and I was sat there eating it with my eyes open. I feel that by following SW, I can have the occasional night where I go out and have something I wouldnt normally eat because I can get back on plan the next day and my food choices are much healthier now than they ever have been :j

on a separate note, Im planning my tesco shop and would be grateful if you have access to the sw site that you could confirm that these nooodles from tesco are 31 syns . I bought them previously thinking they were free! So i know they have syns, I just want to be sure how many before I decide whether to buy or not!

hope everyone has had a lovely day

    It works out to:

9½ Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy
9½ Syns per package/portion on Green
31 Syns per package/portion on Original

I'll add some spuds to my salad, good idea ange!

As for syns, doesnt Special K have to be counted as syns? or is it a HE now?

Oh gosh, yes sorry - special K syns - you are right :o I am not a cereal eater, so just assume that people choose the HE ones - sorry.

So, you have had some extra syns, does that mean you have another B choice to use, or have you used two HE's of milk today?

Forgot to say that when I went to class last week I tried to order the food directory. I was told a new one was coming out at Easter and was advised to wait for this new one as it will have all the current syn values and new foods that have been released in the last 12 months too.

Thought it might help someone if they are thinking of buying too. It might be better to wait a few weeks.
