Do you have any links to lunch ideas that don't use bread (doing extra easy).
Have use of fridge, microwave & boiling water.
Tuna & pasta with that extra light mayo.
Potato salad with red onion & shredded ham.
Rice with peas/corn & chopped chicken &/or prawns
Pasta, chopped salad & either a low fat Caesar dressing & croûtons (syn it) or shredded ham.
Thinking of something with chopped boiled eggs, but what starchy stuff would I put it with, doesn't really go with much????
Be grateful for your lunch ideas
I'm making my own fresh fruit salads.0 -

Hi
I'm new. My name's Katrina, aged 25 and currently living in London. I've been going it alone on Slimming World (or at least trying to) since Christmas and havn't done that great so far, mostly coz I get to night time and then pig out on whatever I can find in the cupboards and go well over my syns. My boss goes to the classes so helps me out with advise and my sister in law had a spare "bible" which she's let me have so I have a pretty good grasp of the plan, and have been lurking here and on another SW forum for a few weeks so have gotten some good tips and recipies.
So this is mainly just a "hi" post, but also, does anyone know what the syn value of m&s lorne sausage would be? I havn't got the nutrional value coz I was too scared to buy it but might have to indulge next week. As an exiled scottish person it's my biggest miss.
Looking forward to getting to know you all

Hi Katrina!!
Evenings are a dodgy time for soooo many of us, the key seems to be to plan some treats in advance, so that you know they are within your daily plan, but they still feel treaty and naughty
We love seeing daily menus here, so feel free to post what you are doing, and , whilst I am sure you are doing fine, you might find the extra input helps you along a bit more....0 -
After a bit of a bad day yesterday after a pub meal and nearly a bottle of wine, I have drawn a line under it and started fresh today.
Breakfast: Hi-fi bar (5.5 sins Lemon one)
Lunch -5 x corn thins (HEB) with cottage cheese, mug shot
Dinner - 3 x quorn saus, 2 x poached eggs, tinned toms, sin free wedges, mushroom fried in frylight, 2 x 400g slices wholemeal bread (HEB), 3tbsp bbq sauce (1.5 sins)
Snacks - Activa yogurt, 2 x oranges, 12.5g milky bar (3.5 sins)
Total sins - 10.5
Not done too good on the fruit and veg 5 a day today, but been out and about most of the day so it's been difficult
Hope I didn't sabotage my weight loss and potential half stone award by yesterday. With hindsight now it seems rather stupid of me.:hello:0 -
Made crispy chicken tonight, coated in Natco corn meal or polenta (with added pepper/paprika), but I can't find the syns online for corn meal or polenta, any ideas?0
