Polenta is free on green, and if I remember, you do EE, so it would be free?

Original 5 Syns Green Free0 -
Wasn't hungry tonight but then blew it by having ice cream
I really don't know why I ate it.
Don't feel deprived, didn't need it fancied a change I guess???
Today I went to afternoon cinema, but had already made tonights meal last night.beans, egg, syn free sausage, muller yog & banana
S) took my own to flicks ........... BGTY popcorn & water
L) HM mince beef burgers with HM red pepper soup
D) Pork casserole from SW book, Pots & cabbage
Then a dollop of ice cream, probably about 10 table spoons!!
Why oh why oh why?????????
Tomorrow I have planned in advance which may help me, something I never ever do.bacon, toms, mushrooms & 1 slice bread, followed by muller yog (bought loads and have to use them up as I am going away next weekend)
L) HM leek & pot soup (made tonight & maybe another slice of bread)
D) Turkey breast, butternut squash roasted, carotts, swede & gravy.
Luckily no more ice cream left so should be ok with that.
Also going flicks again so will probably take another low fat snack.
I was doing sooooo well this week untill that ice cream.
I wonder what makes us get those fancies???

Two things -
IIRC, the Tesco discount brand ravioli is free on green - only has 2.5% meat in it.
I think I have just saved you a fiver each week though ... weekly classes are £4.50, your first one was more because you had to pay to join :money:0 -
Might be useful instead of bread... I'm going to try to make one later. You do need japanese/medium grain 'sticky' rice though, but you might be able to recreate it with basmati and a binding agent like egg.
Anyway, looks interesting at least

I wished on them, but they were only satellites

Hey all!
I've not been around for a while and I've fallen off the wagon big time since my OH and myself were both ill.
We're recovered now though and I'm determined to get back on the wagon. I cut out the shopping list from a copy of SW mag from last year and took it to Tesco this afternoon and now have a fridge and freezer full of SW foods.
How does this sound for an EE day?
Breakfast -
Bowl of Special K and skimmed milk
Lunch -
Jacket potato with prawns and 0% fat yoghurt
Snack -
Mango slices with mullerlight and an options sachet
Dinner -
Chicken salad
Drinks -
Water, tea and diet cokeThey have the internet on computers now?! - Homer Simpson

A great menu Lizzy - just remember to add a few more syns in (never toooo tricky :rotfl: ) as I can only see the options (2) so far.
Make sure that you are eating plenty, you could add potatoes (or rice or pasta) to your chicken salad to bulk it out - and it will still be free!:T0 -
Just been for a Thai banquet - will have to work some to shift that for Thursday's weigh in.
and just to name drop - whilst we were eating none other than Cristiano Ronaldo came to the restaurantHate and I do mean Hate my apple Mac Computer - wish I'd never bought the thing
Do little and often
Please stop using the word "of" when you actually mean "have" - it's damned annoying :mad:0 -
