Hi which ones do you have? The normal strawberry ones for example are 3 syns. I bought an 8 pack of mixed ones (kiwi etc) then discovered they werent low fat, my oh ate them but i counted them as all 3 syns each. They also do fibre ones and creamy ones they are a lot higher though. hth:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
Joined SW yesterday, I have already lost a stone on my own counting calories, I'm a bit worried that I might put on weight this week as I am going to be eating twice as much as I normally do - do you think I will?
hi and welcome :hello:, welldone for losing so much on your own.
If you stick to the SW plan this week you should have a good weight loss in your first week. You will feel like you are eating loads but thats the point. you should fill up on all the free foods, drink loads of water/liquid, write everything that goes into your mouth in a food diary. Ive been doing it nearly a year now and often feel guilty when i eat so much I feel like im going to burst, but if its free foods then it wont matter. Make sure you have your syns each day so you dont feel deprived and enjoy it. Its a great plan and really works. A few of us like to post our meal plans as it gives others an opportunity to spot something weve done wrong, gives others ideas and for some reason (for me anyway) when you write it on the page you seem to stick to it more.
Feel free to ask us any questions and we'l do our best to answer.I wouldnt have lost half as much as I have if I didnt log on here every day. It keeps me motivated and gives me ideas so I dont get bored..:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -

hi NIC2075, ive got the 2007 food directory, says that the m&s pork and herb sausages, count on us range are free... they might have changed since then tho...sorry if they have. xx[FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]When one door closes another opens. But often we look so long so regretfully upon the closed door that we fail to see the one that has opened for us.

I checked them online, but the only sausages they had just said count on us pork, they didnt have any pork and herb, I took it to be the same ones. They change the syn values all the time as recipes change etc. 1/2 a syn each isnt too bad I would normally only have 2 sausages anyway. Im also no to keen on the Morrissons ones, theyre good for a 'sausage fix' but I find them a bit bland. they are good in casseroles though.
Someone posted a huge list of sausages and syn values not to long ago, maybe they can post it again (i cant remember who sorry):santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
