Got some SW friendly bargains whilst out and about today.... Costco have Activa Yoghurts 8 for £1.36 (they're £1.48 in Sainsbos) Farmfoods have Alpen light bars for £1.29 and they're £2 in Sainsbos, is sure pays to shop around!!

I've just made the pasta quiche and it was beautiful even hubby demolished it. Really pleased with myself it was so easy and quick to do - usually everything I attempt to cook is disastrous :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Just been to Asda and stocked up on everything I need for a good week. I went though lots of recipes earlier and have meal planned for the week so fingers crossed

Syn free sausages in Staffordshire - apparently theres a butcher in Madeley who makes syn free sausages and burgers of various kinds. Our consultant arranged for him to come to the meeting with his stuff and I know he goes to other meetings in the Newcastle area if that helps anyone. Cant be many butchers in Madeley can there as its quite small.

I do love sausages but my nearest is 177 miles away - I'm not sure I love them that much though!
