I put on 5.5 lbs at Thursday's weigh in :eek:

have now sent spreadsheet to outstanding folk - if anyone else wants a copy drop me a PM with your name n email address.

Hope everyone is well and doing well.

I'm having chips, cumberland sausages (syn free from butchers), eggs n beans for lunch - yummy.

talking of the chips - don't know if anyone else has tried this but someone at our group mentioned doing them without par boiling 1st and I now do them this way all the time - easier, quicker n tasty - bout 25-30 mins at 220/230

    have a good day all

don't think so no - the butcher I go to at local market does them specially to be SW syn free - he has to get them checked and passed by SW.

I think other ones have to be 2% fat or less to be fre eon red - can anyone confirm or correct please ?

Well done everyone...EE day for me today.
Had a lovely tea myself today...sin free sausages, home made mash (milk from HEA) and beans ....
Didn't have breakfast this morning as I only had a glass of water as was in a rush for work.
Just had a mullerlight just now.

It's a real struggle to eat loads but think I'll make myself a BLT later
57g w/m roll.(HEB)..stuffed with bacon, lettuce and toms and a piece of fruit all free.

I won't bother having syns as DD brough me a nice slice of carrot cake from her work last night.Haven't a clue how many syns ..so will allow 30 ...that will do for yesterdays and todays sins.
So I need to eat plenty more yet.

Hi welcome back Princess Kate. Sounds like your very organised and ready to go. i always like to have in the odd pasta n sauce and mug shots. I feel guilty eating them as they are packed pull of chemicals but they save me at lunch time when im working or not organised. keep posting your daily menu plan and we'll keep you right. good luck
