Dont know if this will help anyone but I made the syn free pancake today and as I always use a non stick liner in my frypans didnt need frylite and instead of trying to turn it over I popped it under the grill for a minute then slid it onto a plate before adding yog as the filling.
I also beat the yoke and sweetener into the egg white rather than folding it and it realy did taste very similar to the scotch pancakes I grew up with

I've maintained again this week which is so depressing. I wouldnt mind if Id cheated but I havent but Ive felt bloated for the last week but dont know why.

Are you eating enough, and are you drinking enough fluid ? A lack of either can both slow weight loss, and also if not enough fluid may slow down digestive tract leaving bloated feel.Just because your paranoid does not mean they are not out to get you ! :rotfl:0 -
Ive decided to have an EE day today. Have stuck with with red/green all week but need to use stuff up. so today I am having
Brekkie - Porridge with milk and banana (heb, part hea free)
Mid morning 2 activia yoghurts
Lunch - pork with mushrooms stirred into a pasta n sauce(free) I also stuffed one slice of bread and a wee bit of cheese of my ds plate so ill just count 6 syns as I never use all my milk allowance.
Dinner - Panfried marlin with salad, veg and SW chips
will have more sw chips for supper if munchied or just loads of fruit.
syns - Im also trying to do what Naturally is doing and having my syns each day rather than saving them. So ill have a kit kat with my tea later (5 1/2) and ive had the piece of bread I didnt even enjoy so 11 1/2 for the day:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -

Hi Angie, its a bit like swordfish/tuna, it looks just like chicken.We got it like a tuna steak sort of size. found a nice recipe for Italian Braised Marlin. The marlin is panfried quickly then its popped in the oven with onion, garlic, lemon juice and tomatoes. It looks really yummy, will post back later as to what it tasted like. Were also trying to go for different stuff to spice things up a bit.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
I lost 1.5lbs at weigh in on Wednesday, so 3lb in 2 weeks.
I was gutted I didn't lose more, as I was saint like and didn't stray at all. I did expect to lose more in my first two weeks, as I have when I have done it previously. Maybe my metabolism is completely shot to pieces after dieting for so many years.
I don't mean to sound ungrateful as I know lots of you would be grateful for 1.5lbs, and I will be once I have got a few weeks down the line, but the 1st time I did SW I lost 10lbs in the first week. I was a hell of a lot younger then though and it was a fair few years ago.
I only have 3-5 sins per day and have 3-4 stones to lose so I am going to up my sin intake as others have suggested to see if that works.

But that's not following the plan.
You are meant to have between 5 and 15 syns a day and if you have several stones to lose, you would do well to start with the full 15.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
