Today is the last day of my holiday  but in some respects, getting back into routine and going back to work will help me get back on plan.

I have a (birthday celebration) meal out on Wednesday but after that, nothing so with a few quiet weeks ahead, it should be possible to get the weight gained over xmas off again! (im dreading weigh in tomorrow  )

Today Im following extra easy and this is my menu

Breakfast: hi fi bar (HEB) (im not a big breakfast eater)
Late breakfast Tesco light choices peach and apricot yogurt (Free)
Lunch: Jacket Potatoes, Ham, Salad. (all free)
Tea: Home made burgers with roasted onions and jacket chips (all free)
may be some home made tomato relish?
Pudding: Fruit salad, meringue nest (2.5 syns), greek 0% yogurt (free)

Have a good day everyone :D

    28g plus one ryvita.

Flat Eric - yes I believe that is correct.

Is their anyway that i can have a bit more cereal instead of the ryvita. Or is that cheating?

Technically no - at most it would be 1g I suppose - Ryvita's are very high fibre, so shreddies couldn't compare.

morning all. Another EE day for me. I am really hoping that this is as good as they are saying it is as I alreaady cook from scratch and very rarely have processed foods, so it's not taking huge amounts of thought to get my head around.

    xxp00

I went into Morrissons last night to get mullerlites but they were 4 for £2  I didnt take them to the til as thought it was a rubbish deal. Im headed to tesco as someone said they are 24p at the mo.

Well I was going to get back on plan since falling off on xmas eve. I was hoping to go for EE but ive just had 2 slices of normal size wm toast with Lurpak lighter spreadable, a cupa with SSmilk, a cadburys eclair sweetie and a mini bournville from the open box of Heroes chocs. im also meeting my mum and sisters for lunch. Should I go with a red/green day, have EE and syn the other bit of toast (6 syns + spread) or just start tomorrow? Its my WI day tomorrow. i guess I just need a swift kick. What would you do?

BTW Judders thats pretty impressive. Im dreading that ive gained close to a stone also, I feel HUGE. But im sure youll lose it pretty quickly. Are you going to try the EE plan?

Well done SC, I hope this time works better for you. Maybe the break will have changed your metabolism and you'll see fantastic results.

thanks for that - yeah I hope so :o:o

will defo be trying EE yes - that's one thing I've always missed not combining meat with spuds (or only very small amount) - might leave it a while though to see how I get on shifting some of what I've put on.
