Happy New Year - can I rejoin this fantastic group? I have really enjoyed the Christmas food but I must lose some of the extra layer of fat which has appeared and is making me feel uncomfortable.
It is getting started again which is so difficult.
    :hello:

    Evening all,
I would really like to join the support group. I have done sw in the past and plan to attend my 1st class of 09 tommorrow evening (not looking forward to seeing how much i've put on:o ). I plan on losing at least 3st.
I feel even more motivated now seeing that there's a MSE support group!!:T

For those that are pretty au fait with the extra easy plan, can you help me with this question?

I was talking with a fellow member who typically has fruit and yogurt for breakfast (superfree) and if following the extra easy plan would say have for lunch Jacket Potatoes and Beans and for tea salmon steaks and unmeasured new potatoes. Now strictly the lunchtime meal is green only but presumably it is ok not to mix the two if you so wished (i.e having both meat and potatoes) in any one particular meal if you see what i mean even if you were having an extra easy day? I guess that would mean that provided you limited your healthy extras to just 1A and 1B, you could wait until the evening to decide what day you were following !
  • Could anyone let me know how much Kellogs Shreddies i am allowed to have for a Healthy B option please. Is i the same as other cereals 28g?

I have checked both directory and little book and cannot find it.

    Evening all

Big hello to every joining or rejoining.

Clarebear - amazing loss well done!

I have had a good day today but I must admit I am following EE for a couple of weeks and I feel very heavy and bloated - I dont know if I am just feeling 'full' from having meat and potatoes in the same meal but I am getting nervous for Wednesday.

I am going to keep on with EE though for another week or two because I know it may be Christmas and New Year catching up with me so want to give it a proper chance!

Back to work tomorrow - have made some cottage pie to take in but with potato mash this time instead of carrot and swede topping - yeay!

Have a good day everyone. Hope everyone with a Monday weigh in has a good time and will catch up tomorrow x x x

Good morning everyone:j This is a flying visit as I am off to SW in a minute to get weighed. Not expecting good news again:o Yesterdays eating was ok but had to change the menu at the last minute. I was going to make a beef casserole cooked slowly in the oven. Took the meat out of the freezer the night before and left on kitchen counter to defrost. When I went to prepare it at noon the next day it was still frozen solid! My kitchen is as cold as the fridge I reckon! So I made a pasta bake and will be having the beef stew tonight instead!

    Todays eating plan: mix2match

Breakfast - fruit and yogurt - (free)
Lunch - Left over pasta bake (free)
Dinner - Beef stew with vegetables cooked slowly in the oven plus mashed potatos (free+2heb)
Milk in coffees will be hea

Will report my weigh in results in about 3 hours - wish me luck!
