selling the child(ren) ? or just murder ?Hate and I do mean Hate my apple Mac Computer - wish I'd never bought the thing
Do little and often
Please stop using the word "of" when you actually mean "have" - it's damned annoying :mad:0 -
I've just managed to log onto SW and sure enough all my details have gone:mad:. I can't believe how upset I am about it! How dare they delete me! I'd managed to lose 4st upto Christmas and all that info has gone, I found logging on and seeing just how far I'd come and just how short ,in comparison, I had to go gave me a real boost if I had a bit of a wobble and it's all gone. I know I've still lost the 4st but seeing it confirmed to me was somehow reassuring, if you see what I mean. I've just read that back and I know I sound pathetic and irrational but thats how I feel
Cant you email them through the website and see if it is retreivable that way - there must be a back up system somewhere...... worth a try surely??MFW 2010 Challenge (No 68) - £133.29/ £5000MFITT2 Challenge - (No 181) - Target Reduce mortgage to £130,000Mortgage @ 1.8.09 - £161160  @1.12.09 - £159052  @ 1.2.10 £157,3630 -

Good afternoon everyone,
Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm from South Africa and heard of SW through a friend of mine who moved to SA in April '08. Luckily she gave me her whole programme and I decided to give it a try.
Today's my first day and SW just looks way to good to be true.
Good luck to everyone who's giving it another go and hopefully we can all keep in touch and encourage each other.0 -
For those that are pretty au fait with the extra easy plan, can you help me with this question?
I was talking with a fellow member who typically has fruit and yogurt for breakfast (superfree) and if following the extra easy plan would say have for lunch Jacket Potatoes and Beans and for tea salmon steaks and unmeasured new potatoes. Now strictly the lunchtime meal is green only but presumably it is ok not to mix the two if you so wished (i.e having both meat and potatoes) in any one particular meal if you see what i mean even if you were having an extra easy day? I guess that would mean that provided you limited your healthy extras to just 1A and 1B, you could wait until the evening to decide what day you were following !
Just to clarify - with Extra Easy you can have anything from the free foods lists so if you wanted something from the green lists along with something from the red day lists, that would be fine, but if you only want something from one list that is also fine. Don't forget to have 1 hea and 1 heb and it is recommended that you have one third of your plate filled with superfree fods, so pile on the veg, salad or fruit at every meal.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

If you are unable to have the superfree foods with say your lunch or your dinner does the EE new plan not work. Basically our the Superfree foods the secret for it working.0 -
