I've bought 2 x 4 pot packs of WW prune yoghurts to try. I love the prune Activia yogs (think they are something like 3 or 4 syns) but these are free! I love prunes (I know, I think I'm strange :rotfl:)

Thought they would be a nice change to mullerlight as I quickly get into a rut with them and end up stockpiling them in the fridge

If you are unable to have the superfree foods with say your lunch or your dinner does the EE new plan not work. Basically our the Superfree foods the secret for it working.

I would (personally) say the superfree foods are a way of getting the right vitamin content of the vegetables into the plan. The SW website says it isn't mandatory to have the 1/3 superfree foods each day, but I guess it's a way of trying to get as much veg. into each day as possible. I'm sure though they are also a way of filling us up with lots of low cal, fat free foods as well which will all help.

I'm enjoying EE so far. Meatballs with a tomato sauce and pasta tonight :T

I've just managed to log onto SW and sure enough all my details have gone:mad:. I can't believe how upset I am about it! How dare they delete me! I'd managed to lose 4st upto Christmas and all that info has gone, I found logging on and seeing just how far I'd come and just how short ,in comparison, I had to go gave me a real boost if I had a bit of a wobble and it's all gone. I know I've still lost the 4st but seeing it confirmed to me was somehow reassuring, if you see what I mean. I've just read that back and I know I sound pathetic and irrational but thats how I feel

I know exactly what you mean. It's funny, it's all just numbers and it took me a while to get to grips with what an achievement even a 2lb loss was. I've spent time making charts and graphs and stuff.

Something I've done which really puts it into perspective - print out some pictures of 1kg bags of sugar (laminate if you want). Then, each fortnight or so, convert your weight loss into kg and work out how many bags of sugar! 2.2lb ish is 1kg. So, 1 stone is 6.35kg. When you've lost a stone, stick 6 and a bit pictures of bags of sugar on the fridge (or wherever else you choose!) You will have a visual reference to chart your success.
The real boost comes the next time you go to the supermarket - pick up a basket and fill it with however many bags of sugar you have stuck on your fridge - THEN you will realise how well you've done!

Might seem daft, but try it. Works great for me, and I'm at 19.5 bags! And lo_bush, you've lost 25.4 bags! :j
  • my leader says to do this but with lard

its quite yukky but works, lol
